Absolutely appalling. Where to start.... 1. Upon arrival had to wait in a small passage where waiters were bustling past us with hot food and plates. It was a good 10 minutes before we were handed our keys to our room. 2. Room was tiny, dirtywalls, no bedside lamps, no fan, no mattress protector. Terribly lumpy, uncomfortable pillows and mattress. Very tiny and tired bathroom. 3. Cold tap runs luke warm, so no drinking water available with our 1 glass provided. 4. No information found in the room relating to wifi code, breakfast, emergency procedures, etc 5. Pictures on website look nothing like the real thing. Extremely dissapointed.

Passed my Medical exam (PACES) in Sandwell Hospital after a good night’s sleep in this hotel. Peaceful and quiet after the restaurant closes at 11pm. Clean room and bathroom. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting the area.

Wonderful people here, rooms are nice and no complaints from me

I love this place. This is a good place for groups or individuals, families, friends to enjoy in lunch time after we visit the famous church in Biella. The food is very good, the service is quite wonderful and the staffs are very polite.

Our first time at Lucarrelis Italian restaurant and would defiantly recommend. Go on an empty stomach as we left so full 🙂. The food is very rich but well worth it. The service was also great and very friendly.

Standard bed and breakfast. Comfortable bed with plenty of pillows and clean bedding. Good shower. WiFi signal didn't reach the room, wouldn't rely on it. Reasonable price. Sound insulation is not great so you rely on everyone making an effort to be quiet.

Horrible wifi. Had to sit in the hallway to get it. Parking was great, credit there. Breakfast available, for extra fee. Room needed painting and wood trim replaced. Carpet needed cleaning or replacing. Curtains were about to come off wall. Linens and towels high grade so that was nice.

Great place for fine dinning 5 star all round 👌
