    My fitness journey with Impact Sam has been challenging but rewarding. I achieved my goals and far more. Gained confidence coming back to the gym post pregnancy. Dropped 20kg weight. Sam has been very supportive as it wasn't just a fitness journey but also a big mental journey too. The days I struggled he gave me the motivation to get up and carry on. I feel fitter, healthier and happier with my body. Something I learnt along the way is: "I am in competition with myself" This is my own personal journey. Thank you Sam for everything and being a super human and coach!!

    Sam has a wealth of knowledge and experience on all things fitness and training. He has an adaptable and methodical approach with clients, which means he is able to get the best out of everybody with plans tailored to the individual’s abilities and goals. Sam helps give you the tools, confidence and focus to get where you want to be.

    I have been training with Sam for over a year now and he has helped me to lose over 4 stone, this has also helped my confidence and helped my mental health. I used to struggle with this alot and at times I still will but for the most part with sams help and guidance I am in a way better place now. I couldn't recommend Sam enough he has changed my whole view on life. I now have a better purpose of life while I continue to improve myself daily

Impact provides clients with tools to improve on physical, mental and social levels. Sam is realistic about fitness and makes it achievable to all of his clients. You can see that each client has a unique relationship with Sam: PT vs client is a two way street and he works hard to maintain strong relationships. Keep up the amazing work!! 👏

    Sam is without a doubt an excellent personal trainer, but more than that he is constant motivator. He enables you to understand your journey and the necessary steps to reach your goals. He provides you with the knowledge that you need to train and incorporate fitness into your life to have a level of consistency. 100% recommended. You will get the results you wish for!!

    Sam is great - can’t say enough good things about him. He takes the time to understand your goals, strengths and weaknesses and tailors a custom program for you. Excellent motivator and a very friendly, approachable trainer. Always explains not only how to correctly perform the exercises but also why - how they fit within the overall strategy. Thanks Sam!

    Impact (Sam) Is the most consistent personal trainer I’ve met. He is highly driven and genuinely cares about his clients and helping them achieve the best possible results. There’s no such thing as giving up, once you start he is invested until the end. Would highly recommend

    Sam is very understanding, likes to fine out what you would like to achieve and why you’ve decided to pursue a healthier lifestyle. As well as a coach, he can also come across as a life coach, as he pays attention to detail and takes the time to get to know his clients, which is an excellent quality to have as a coach. Impact brand is highly recommended.

    I have been working out with Sam for a few months now and I’m now able to walk into the gym knowing how to use the gym correctly without worrying about injuring myself. I completely understand the reasons for thinking about my food choices. With Sam he has helped me to improve my mental health as well. I can’t recommend Sam enough he is a top trainer and I’m so happy that we started working together.
