Beds were lumpy and not comfortable. The room smelt of damp and the bathroom smelt of sewerage. This Premier inn needs urgent upgrading as it certainly not the standard we are used to when staying at a Premier Inn. The Breakfast was poor with no provisions for people with dietary requirements. No sugar free juice, No sugar free yogurts - No Sugar free Mix Fruit salad.

Good location with plenty of parking. Rooms are of good size. Shower cubicle was smaller than usual. Breakfast was standard. Some signs of wear and tear in room. No major issues.

Stayed here for 5 nights. Staff were very friendly but unfortunately that's the best of it. The bathroom smelt damp and had yellow and mouldy ceiling. Pretty sure the extraction didn't work and the shower could not hold a constant temperature. They had put hand soap in the shower gel dispenser. The Internet was 1mb per second unless you pay Β£5 a day for better Internet... my room wasn't cleaned once, towels were never changed, bins never emptied. The mattress was rather uncomfortable and gave me back pain. The paint on the walls was patchy and one of the bedside lamps switches was broken. Also no aircon. I recommend using the Holiday Inn just over the road, it is deffinitly better!

Standard for a Premier Inn.... no meal deal linked to pub next door but Β£75 for a room booked six weeks in advance means instead of using this company and set up half a dozen to ten times a year I will be looking into alternatives

There was a chair in the room that was broken, which staff did change, you could smell sewage every time you ran the tap in the sink, the room should of had 2 chairs wife had to sit on bed some of the times, there was a lack of towels in bath room & no shower gel in shower last but not lease when are Premier inn gonna put phones in there rooms so you can get in touch with the front desk, one of the bedside light switch wasn't working & room temperature gauge wasn't working but breakfast was brilliant & staff very friendly πŸ˜€ πŸ˜‰

We booked an accessible room. Very pleased with the room, had everything we needed. I'm also coeliac and so eat gluten free. Very impressed with the breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble. Very knowledgeable of food allergies. Everything cooked to order separately away from gluten items. Over all Very impressed. We stayed for 3 nights. Its a small hotel, just 33 rooms so nice and quiet.

Spent the night here whilst at an event in Birmingham. Hotel is easy to find and there are lots of parking spaces. Received a quick and friendly welcome at check in by Lisa and Paulette. Room is exactly as expected, has the essentials and was clean. We ate elsewhere at night but had some drinks at the Harvester next door before calling it a night - very handy. Had a great night sleep, breakfast the following morning was spot on. If I were to suggest improvements, it would be the lighting of the car park.

Was ok for 1 night disappointed that I was meant to have meal deal dinner and breakfast but website doesn't tell you or didn't that no dinner on site lucky there is a carvery next door but was fully booked and which I'd have booked if I'd known dinner wasn't included. Breakfast I've had better at other prem Inns. Room was ok apart from bedside lights buttons broken that had a hole where button was meant to be but wasn't and just the live and neutral wires free for all the touch good luck with that.

1st time at this location. Warm greeting, secure access to rooms. Clean and tidy room, comfy bed as usual at Premier Inns. Breakfast at location.

Outstanding customer service, thank you Lisa for making us feel so welcome, and the other member of staff who worked on Saturday morning. The rooms are tired, but everything else you would expect from a Premier Inn. Nice freshly cooked breakfast, certainly the friendliest Premier Inn we have stayed at.

No aircon, room and bathroom very tired in need of update. I would definitely not return or recommend. Rooms seem smaller than usual. Comfy bed as always. Friendly receptionist.

Lovely breakfast, don’t book a family room here as they don’t do them even though you can book one on the internet

Fantastic little hotel. One of the best I'm Birmingham. Ideal location. Staff are a credit to company especially Amie who was on reception when I arrived. She was very welcoming and was very knowledgeable of the local area. Overall really recommend to anyone.

Amazing service, polite and extremely helpful staff. After a late night at a work evening we checked in around 11:20pm. We were met by Karim at the desk who was extremely nice and when I made a comment about wanting a hot chocolate to my colleague. Karim popped in the back and grabbed one of his own personal sachets of hot chocolate and gave it to me. We had a good chat checking in and we went to our rooms. Thank Karim, you are a legend. What great service. Morning staff were also very helpful and polite fixing our breakfast. All around a great experience. Will return when visiting Birmingham.

Amy was incredible, she was the only one on the morning shift and managed to run reception, welcome everyone into the restaurant and take food orders with the biggest smile on her face. I used to work in this industry and she is a rare find. The hotel itself is a standard premier inn. you can be anywhere in the country and still get the same standard. comfy beds and good breakfast.

Very clean, convenient hotel with large car park (free to guests). Service was friendly and fast. Great freshly cooked breakfast (buffet for uncooked items). If you are there around dinner time I highly recommend the Indian restaurant next door (Basmati)

Had a great stay here, the staff were the best I have ever come across in my many stays in various Premier Inn locations. The treat bag for the kids was a nice touch which the kids great appreciated.

Staff were very polite and generally it was a nice place to stay but the rooms are in dire need of refurbishment. Mold on the grout in the shower & around the shower basin, soft beds not like all other Premier Inn beds. Room itself is the older light wood style and not the current dark wood style most of the other premiers I stay at have.

Nice Premier Inn. Unfortunately, you can't get the full 'meal deal' at this one. The adjacent Harvester can get rather busy

Lovely hotel. The bathroom was fine although the finishing eg skirting and edges need tidying up and the TV had no guide set up. Would have only lost half a star if that was possible. But a lovely stay never the less
