if your a contractor do not park youre van here. My van was broken into and the police asked me to see if i could get the reg of the car. the staff would not let me see the vid as its company policy to protect the criminals and not show the vidieo. There are several cameras but the manager tells me they dont pick faces or number plates up!! absoulte joke. They claim they are in the process of changing the cameras. I offerd to put a camera up at the gate free of charge to pick up number plates but they was not imtrested. Othere contractors tell me this is a black spot for it.

Great customer service however if anyone reads this from Premier Inn I would like to offer some Constructive feedback, firstly I’m writing this as a disabled customer, I wish your disabled car parking spaces where nearer the main entrance to make it a little easier, the other strange thing that seems to happen at s lot of hotel is that as a disabled user why do you put the accessible rooms right at the very end of the hotel building, a lot of disabled persons have mobility issues so having to walk past 40/50 rooms to access a disabled room, please consider moving disabled rooms closer to reception. We had breakfast and the lady who served us was very polite and we placed our order for cooked breakfast, was served and presented well thank you, the only annoying thing was the toaster took forever just to cook some toast, maybe a more efficient toaster could be bought?

This is a really good Premier Inn. I have stayed here on a number of occasions. Its in a good location, nor very far off the M5. A good sized car park that's free for hotel residents. The rooms are nice. Clean and comfortable. Showers are good. I always get a good sleep here. There's a pub/restaurant on site too and they do a great breakfast. If you're in the area and looking for a place to stay I 100% recommended here

We always went on this Premier Inn or sometime in Oldbury Premier Inn whenever we visit Birmingham. Mostly twice or 3 times in a month. Our kids loved it. Receptionist are always good, welcome us with a nice smile. Never have any complaint about anything. Really good place for visiting with family.

Ok just about average, meals are served next door in the pub. Meals are on the poor side. And some of the staff in the pub could do with some training.

Pleasant staff offering an excellent service with decent food with value for money. It's not the Ritz but you haven't paid that sort of price either.

It's not all bad, but the nearby KFC has 2 disabled parking spaces - where this much larger hotel plus it's adjacent pub/restaurant has 3 in total. This is inadequate. To add injury to insult - the walk from our disabled parking space (managed to park there once during our two days stay) to our "ACCESSIBLE" room was 160 paces (counted 3 times). The staff were friendly, helpful and professional but the accessibility is woefully lacking.

Not a great stay at premier inn this weekend, room was as expected at first glance, however when we pulled back the sheet, there was a blood stain. Woke up in the morning to find no hot water for a shower, reception Informed us that the plumber would be at least 4hrs. A hot shower is a minimum expectation for any hotel.

Needed a hotel short notice and due to the train strikes opted for this hotel as it was near a tram stop, which had a line into B'ham central for £4.10 return off peak. (5 min walk distance from the hotel) Staff were friendly, hotel was clean and was a pleasant stay, bed was excellent as per usual for Premier Inns. Breakfast was very yummy too.

Nice basic travel hotel in a very busy area of west brom room was Clean and comfortable with large ensuite which was also very clean and included a shower over a full size bath. The restaurant was very good with a good menu and reasonably well stocked bar. Very reasonable prices. Food was very good, we enjoyed breakfasts and evening dinners. Morning, evening and bar staff were all extremely good. Would definitely recommend.

Very poor signal WiFi. If you want to connect to their ultimate WiFi you have to pay ridiculous fees. I stayed at the hotel 13 nights and every single day, if I want to make a call or to use my data, I have to go out.

We only stopped for one night, but loved every minute of it. The management and staff are fantastic and the food was exceptionally good. We will be going back in about a month's time.

Absolute diabolical customer service from the staff, as a wedding photographer we often end up at hotels shooting the bridal preparations of the day, After being greeted outside by the bride, in her dress! we walk through with her, the staff can clearly see cameras hanging around our necks, only to then be shouted at by a vile worker. Who are you? where you going? Is the camera not a dead giveaway? Or the fact the bride is in a wedding dress? Politeness doesn't cost nothing!!! That vile woman needs a crash course in customer service.

Very basic hotel with low service. Housekeeping is not respecting the privacy of guests by entering the rooms even though do not desturb signs are placed ( no lock from inside the room ) Rooms are ok. Bed and shower are good + good parking possibility. Food nextdoors got the same basic standards as hotel it self. You have to pay for wifi. Standard wifi is not even fast enough to send text messages.

Have stayed in a number of Premier Inn properties, but this one was really poor. Sweltering room which had a tiny opening on the window was impossible to cool, meaning I had a lousy night's sleep. Excuses at breakfast as to why parts of the menu were missing (I get the supply shortages exist in some cases but the items missing are available widely - PI needs to look at their supply policy rather than just have an excuse policy). Follows the rule that any PI where there's no hot buffet for breakfast is a bit naff - pity they don't say on their website whether there's table service or buffet as it's the clear denominator between the better and lesser properties (in other words between the popular and less popular ones). Demanding at check in to know what nationality you are is also bizarre.

Brilliant hotel to stay at, shame about the prices in the snacks and drink machine as a bottle of Fanta is £2:30. The staff are pleasant and helpful if you need help with anything, Thanks premier Inn

Enjoyed our 1 night stay at this hotel on new years eve. The lady at the reception was very kind and came immediately to fix the thermostat in our room when I reported it as not working & also brought an additional heater. There's a free car park right outside and it is only about 3 or 4 mins walk from the tram station so is perfect for visiting Birmingham. There's a vending machine in the reception for drinks and snacks and a restaurant right next door. Would stay again next time we visit the area. Given four stars as the room was quite basic (we were in the very last corridor on floor 2) which was a tad dated. Think some of the other rooms have been renovated though as they had new doors etc. Overall recommend!

Lovely staff. Family trip - We had 2 rooms and we would have stayed an extra night if there was availability as the beds were sooo comfy. We all had a great night sleep. Definitely recommend for a quiet get away that requires pure rest. Easy to get to by car but can also be accessed by bus and a short walk (which I did) and it added to the fun of the trip.

Reasonably priced (especially considering commonwealth games were on that weekend) easy to get into town, rooms tidy and comfortable and great choices at the restaurant (table table). Staff at the hotel and the restaurant were all really lovely, friendly and helpful.

Good price. Nice staff. Average accommodation (for price you can't complain). Not impressed with the breakfast. Had that been good it would have been 4 stars.

Ideal location within 3 miles to visit our son and his family in their new home. As always a clean and comfortable room. We had an accessible room with wet room which is ideal for my mobility problems. Staff very friendly, also opened and held the doors open to make it easier for me on my mobility scooter. Food at the Table Table restaurant was good, both evening meal and breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff.

Don't normally leave reviews however after the service we received this weekend from the staff at Premier Inn and the lovely girl ( with the pink hair) at breakfast -- My husband and myself were a bunch of nerves as we were there for the night with our 3 boys cause they had a jujitsu competition that Sunday morning, long story short- you were just so lovely and accommodating! You were truly delightful and the breakfast was great. Thank you to the pink haired girl 💗

The staff in this hotel are fantastic, they really look after the guests and keep the premises clean. The area is lovely to stay in and parking is Free. The only down fall is the hotel is in desperate need of updated rooms and air con.

Functional rooms, though they do seem a bit bare. Not the cleanest place I've stayed, but inhabitable. Great service at reception; super welcoming.
