We stayed for one night and it was great. Plenty of car parking spaces and easy to get to off the M6. The staff were SO lovely and welcoming, chatty, and helpful! Especially the lady at reception, sorry I didn’t catch your name! (13.4.23, at about 4:30.) But she deserves recognition. Price was good too- £43 booked one month in advance at the standard rate. Our room was huge! Lots of space. It is an ‘older style’ room, no USB sockets by the bed and older furnishings, but this doesn’t affect the stay at all. It was a little bit noisy at night, you could hear people in the corridor, and doors opening and closing. Only thing I would say is that there was no shower gel / shampoo in the dispenser, but other than that, was a great stay.

Friendly staff comfortable bed, beefeater next door food good. Would have been 5* but the heating would turn itself off also the tv’s could all do with retuning as some programs are missing also a van was stolen the second night I was there could do with a barrier been installed to help with security and be operated with your room key I most point out this could be done with all premier inns

We were following another crew from the same job so when we got to the room there were no new towels , no new bedding, rubbish not removed and coffee and tea not topped up. Apparently its down to the client to request this! Think Premier Inn need to address this by taking the lead in asking the customer.

First room kindly given to me on checking in had the most horrendous smell when I opened the door into the room. A combination of wet dog and cigar smoke. On asking the receptionist if I could change the room. They did ask why and when I replied regarding the smell she said that they shouldn’t have given that room out. 🤨 The food in the beefeater next door is to be avoided. £16 for a burger and chips and a dollop of coleslaw. I should have gone to burger king. The people serving have lost the ability to smile and serve you with grunts and sneers and the drinks are all short served. Pints are well under the pint line. Ordered poached eggs on toast for my breakfast, The eggs came out 5 minutes later just sat on the plate. I asked where’s the toast and the waitress instructed me to make my own toast. I’d paid £10 for a cooked breakfast and had to make it myself. 🙄 Will avoid this place in future.

Rooms as you expect for a premier Inn nice. Beefeater I can't understand why people eat there price well expensive and food very poor . You could spend 3 qid at Gregg's and get more .

Easy convenient location - good parking and friendly staff. Best thing was how friendly all the cleaning staff were when we left on Sunday morning. Small thing made a big difference to the experience.

Friendly staff, good sized rooms with a bath and openable window. Heating controls and tea/coffee desk was nice. Staff help to book in next door for evening or morning meals

Stayed here twice for night shifts. They gave us Hanger's for the door so we weren't disturbed. Great restaurant for breakfast in the morning. Can never go wrong with a premier Inn

Friendliest staff at this hotel, rooms are a little dated but offer a good nights stay. Extremely convenient when travelling up the M6. Ample parking spaces too that come at no extra cost.

We have stayed at many premier inns and they have all been very good. The staff at this premier inn outshined them all, so very bubbly and welcoming and nothing too much trouble.

The staff were great but the room and from what I seen the rest of the hotel could do with a bit of a refurb

A quick stop on a long journey with two children! Perfect accommodation for one night as a family, very clean. Friendly and welcoming staff. Delicious breakfast although a bit of a wait for cooked food and could do with an extra toaster and drinks machine. Minor issues and we enjoyed our experience here.

I stay here when we return back to the Midlands to visit family. Not sure if it's me but the rooms always smell a bit musty. Service was good and beefeater next door did a very nice breakfast.

Well located near the motorway, no towels in my room when I arrived however this was resolved very quickly by front desk. 1hr 30m wait for food in the beefeater next door. Breakfast was good.

Convenient location for our halfway stop to Wales. Convenient location with Beefeater next door. Be aware this one gets busy and guests are not great at keeping quiet on down time hours!

Great friendly and helpful staff, both at reception in the evening and in the morning. It's a premier Inn, showing its age a bit, but as always comfortable beds and a good night's sleep. Actual bath in the room is always a bonus rather than just a shower too.

Usual premier inn facilities, location away from Birmingham City centre, for my needs it was fine. Needs some refurbishment. Not to far from junction10 M6. Has no air conditioning consider this when booking if important, staff friendly breakfast at beefeater was fine. It was pleasant stay

Very nice place. We didn't get chance to use the beefeater. Down one star because the vending machine prices are ridiculous. But this is the same everywhere I guess. Can't fault the staff or the room. Would definitely use again.

From the time we checked in we felt welcome, was even given some free biscuits when we asked for extra teabags and milk. The room and hotel were spotless clean(as always here). Would highly recommend this Premier Inn, as we have tried a few, even if just for the hearty welcome and being spotless clean.

Free parking. Free WiFi was pretty useless when trying to work there. Not willing to pay an additional £5 and day to an almost £60 a night room for guaranteed WiFi. Room was very cold by the evening and had to request an additional heater. All staff were very nice and helpful. Stayed all weekend without disruption. Breakfast next door at the beefeater was OK. Free parking was a bonus. No complimentary toiletries in the bathroom. Would stay again, but for cheaper.

Brilliant value. Lovely spacious room. Clean the staff are lovely. Would recommend. Everything you need. Five star. Will definitely stay again. The breakfast was all you can eat and drink food was very good. Cost £8.99 great value. Good lunch and evening menu. Waitresses really friendly and helpful. Also they have rewards card. Well worth having.

Good location close to M6. Excellent staff with usual high standards to room. Large Beefeater next door for very good breakfast.

Stayed at this Hotel with work, and my stay was on the hottest day of the year so far. Check in was made easy and Michelle was very welcoming. As it was 39 degrees outside I hoped for Air Con, however Michelle informed me that this particular Hotel doesn't have Air Con in any of the rooms. The room was clean and fans were provided. And once I had positioned the fan next to the bed, I had a good 9 hours sleep. Plenty of parking at the Hotel - make sure you put your car reg in the tablet in Reception for free parking. There is a pub next door, for evening meals and breakfast the following day

Really fantastic front desk/service, room standard and pretty good restaurant next door (meal deal) but we hardly slept because the room was 27 degrees even though it was only 19 outside. I think this is largely due to no airflow in/out of the room. Even a building air circulation system probably would be helpful. It's a significant problem for an otherwise great Premier Inn. Note that not sleeping due to a super hot room isn't covered by the great night sleep guarantee apparently as it says no AC on the web site and they can't control the room air flow (ok... they said weather but it was 19 outside)

Short measures at the bar, they are not using line glasses, serving cider and beer with a big head, once settled it is well short. Not much better after it being mentioned. Some poor items on the menu, steak and ale pie is like a cheap aldi pie.

It's a premier inn with all usual facilities and layout. It's nice and quiet tucked away behind the M6 with a beefeater restaurant next door. Nothing wrong with the place but looking at the decor and carpets, it feels a little tired. Perfect place to crash for a business trip and as always with PI ultra comfortable bed!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location for what we needed. But...the floorboards in the corridor creak so you can hear every one that walks by. Then, the bedroom doors all close with a heavy and loud bang so if people don't take care closing doors you'll hear, and feel, every clanging door. For a light sleeper, like me, this wasn't great. A shame really as other aspects were good but I couldn't stay again with noise like that. (for the record, my kids slept through so although bad, it mustn't be ridiculous)

I usually book with Premier Inn because you know what you're getting, but my faith in them has changed. We stayed during a local event so it was fully booked - no problem, still parking, clean room when checking in etc - but doors were banging WITHIN the hotel till late from connenting rooms so struggled to sleep, no air con and no fan provided in the room which wasn't a problem until you wake up and have flies all around the room from having to have the window open all night. Tried to make a complaint under the goodnight guarantee and they twist your words to it all being external... How a hotel with nothing attached to it can say rooms next to you banging doors and you're unable to switch due to being fully booked is not INSIDE their hotel so not their problem.... What an absolute JOKE. AVOID AVOID AVOID. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS.

Just get booked in by one of the most caring and helpful front of house/reception staff ever. MICHELLE you made a stressful situation seamlessly transform. I was very late leaving work from Manchester and the M6 gave me its usual problems & roadworks. Needless to say i would have missed the restraunt and was already not in the greatest mood, I wanted food, shower n bed! Miichelle facilitated food to my room, gave me a speedy booking in service, smiles, endless positivity and couldn't have been more focused on my needs as a customer. Excellent experience and something everyone can learn from. Thanks again Michelle. Barry, Arnold Clark 👍👍👍

Easy to locate off the M6 J10 Plenty of parking and reasonable size rooms. Only hiccup no air-conditioning, however in this heat in July, staff were very thoughtful and gave us a room at the back in the shade, and also left a fan switched on in the room. Thank you

Always a good stay at Bentley Green Premier Inn. So conveniently located to J10 M6, the hotel is comfortable with a good family restaurant attached for dinner and breakfast. Reception staff are very helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Highly recommended and value for money.

One of typical hotels located out of city/town. Vast, free car park. 60 odd rooms. Spacious and clean. Quite a lot of tear and wear due to the age of the building. Some fittings outdated (room heater). Extremely polite and welcoming staff members at the reception. You feel truly expected. Conveniently located couple of miles off M6 near Wednesbury. Beefeater on the site. Nice garden area with plenty of outside sitting under the umbrellas. Unbeatable value at £42 bought 2 weeks in advance for a Fri night
