We
stay
in
Premier
Inns
regularly
but
this
one
really
is
the
worst
we
have
ever
been
in.
We
arrived
and
the
room
wasn’t
ready,
instead
of
any
urgency
for
the
staff
to
make
the
room
(it
was
6:30
at
night)
they
told
us
to
come
back
in
an
hour?!
The
staff
that
we
approached
had
no
urgency
about
them,
the
continued
to
sit
in
the
bar
and
have
a
chat
between
themselves,
one
of
these
staff
was
actually
the
duty
manager
Grace-
she
offered
no
apology,
just
lots
of
eye
rolling
and
sighing
as
if
we
were
putting
her
out
by
asking
for
our
hotel
room
to
be
made.
We
had
other
issues
throughout
the
night,
included
an
issue
making
one
of
the
beds
completely
unsleepable
yet
when
we
come
down
to
let
the
staff
know
just
after
midnight,
there
wasn’t
a
single
staff
member
to
be
found
anywhere
in
the
hotel.
I
imagine
this
hotel
is
fine
if
you’re
just
on
a
quick
stop
over
but
if
you
come
across
any
issues
that
require
even
an
ounce
of
good
customer
service
or
empathy
from
the
staff
then
god
help
you
