Hotel-Super clean..Service-fantastic. Also, I would like to mention how impressed I was with the bar staff, especially Jai,Jordan & Bebe who went above and beyond customer service! I asked if they served cocktails? Jai replied,"No,but we can try" They actually googled the recipe for the cocktail i ordered and put it together in no time...very impressed indeed. I was so moved by the level of service and think these people definitely deserve recognition for their amazing customer service. I would definitely stay here again. Staff very attentive and just couldn't do enough for us.

Definitely value for money. Parking and breakfast included in the price. Good selection of hot and cold breakfasts. Hotel was spotless. Staff are a credit to the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble. I will be staying here again *****

Terrible hotel, couldn't sleep a wink because of all the noise and the free breakfast was inedible. Tried to make a complaint and got fobbed off with credits we'll never use rather than an actual refund.

Location is good, service is good. Rooms, ok, beds not the most comfortable. Breakfast terrible ! A few cheap sausages, cold bacon and cold eggs. That was it ! They could learn a lot from Premier Inn !

The room is not too bad. Service is ok could do with more friendly staff. Location is awful 😖 if you want a decent night sleep this isnt the place. I understand im just off a busy m6 road, but these guys just love beeping their horns all night long and seems for no reason too i stayed here 4 nights and every night iv been woke up by people constanly beeping there horns.

Nice hotel for one night away, clean, room space better than most, staff where lovely. Breakfast was super basic, no flavour, the cheapest of everything. Quick connection to everywhere.

Rooms clean and well presented. Would prefer more hot options for breakfast. Location depends on your need but was ok for wolv halls about £12-£15 away by uber

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional service at the Holiday Inn bar on Saturday 1st July 2023, and I must commend Katie Parkman for going above and beyond to make my evening unforgettable. The standout feature of my visit was her willingness to keep the bar open later than planned, demonstrating her commitment to ensure guests had a remarkable experience. We got married on the same day at a local venue and returned from our reception party at 12:00am. Despite the clock ticking past closing hours, Katie graciously extended the service to accommodate myself and my fellow wedding guests. Her friendly demeanour and professionalism remained unwavering, creating an atmosphere that felt warm and inviting. Not only did she keep the drinks flowing (on her own due to limited staff availability), but she also had to check-in arriving guests, taking the time to engage in genuine conversations, ensuring that each guest felt valued and taken care of. Her attentiveness to details and genuine interest in our preferences further enhanced the overall experience. It's rare to find someone so devoted to their guests' enjoyment, even when faced with the inconvenience of extending their working hours. This exceptional service truly made my visit memorable. Katie’s commitment to going the extra mile reflects highly on the establishment as a whole. If you're looking for a place where the staff's dedication matches the inviting atmosphere, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and bar. I'm grateful for her efforts and look forward to my next visit, knowing that I'll be treated to not only great drinks but also impeccable service. Thanks Katie Parkman.

Great family hotel paid £55 for a family room, my toddler slept in one bed with one of us. The rooms are a good size; there’s plenty of parking and the breakfast is good. The staff were very friendly with our little boy. Only thing I’d say is the carpets felt dirty and the door key cards all seem to not worn very well.

Stayed here whilst visiting colleagues with work. Great hotel. Given a warm welcome by Jordan on the check in desk. Room was spacious and clean, with TV, hairdryer, iron and ironing board and tea/coffee making facilities in the room. My room was at the rear of the Hotel, next to the M6 but I couldn't hear the outside traffic at all. Evening meal was provided in the bar area. Was looked after by Nathan, who was attentive and professional. Breakfast was a buffet style and delicious . Will definitely stay here again

Great access from M6. We booked 2 rooms 10 months ago so confused why rooms couldn't be next to each other??? And the smaller room was made the family room?. Can't fault the cleanliness absolutely 5*! Staff friendly! Breakfast very busy but for what you pay it was a great selection and good value! BUT with the heating on full the room was cold! I'm a cold person but this was cold cold thank God we brought our girls their warm pj's!

Stayed for six nights. The staff were helpful, polite and attentive. The room was clean and tidy. The breakfast meal was the highlight of the stay! You could select a full English, or a Continental Breakfast, together with a variety of cereals. There is “Bar Food” served each evening which is cooked to order. The bar is well stocked and is open 24/7 for residents! Convenient for the M6; as it is sited at J10. Within striking distance of Cadbury World and other “attractions” in the area.

Great experience here to break up a Scotland to South England family trip. Friendly & welcoming staff, clean and tidy place - nothing too much bother. Room was good and bed fresh and comfy. Keenly priced drinks in the bar to relax at the end of the day. Would recommend.

Great holiday Inn, rooms have everything you need for you stay, beds are comfortable and rooms are very clean. Extra shout-out to the staff, maybe it's just the midlands but they were all lovely, especially the young breakfast staff, so attentive. Can not go wrong with holiday Inn.

A stop-off on the way to Cornwall. Excellent value for a comfortable bedroom. The only issue was an extremely busy breakfast area and only one coffee machine (that many people had problems working). However, we would definitely stay at the hotel on our next trip.

Great location and within easy access of M6 for travel to Birmingham. Free car park at the rear of the hotel. Family room was a decent size with all the necessary amenities. The included breakfast was basic, would have preferred some more hot vegetarian items. Overall for the price was happy with my stay.

The staff at this location I really cannot fault they made us welcome even with 2 coach loads of people due and 2 sports teams in the hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable and perfect for an overnight stay. Now for the negatives, the dinner menu stated a slow cooked pulled pork baguette... what in fact turned up was two patties from a rustlers rib burger in a baguette with a small amount of BBQ sauce...no melted cheese as stipulated on the menu and not a piece of shredded meat in sight. Also the doors closure is really fast and they slam very loudly, this isn't a problem until someone in another room on your floor decides to go a wondering at 1am and all you hear is slamming doors. So my advice is check if the place is booked up with coach loads of people before you stay here.

Considering are coach trip arrived over an hour and a half late the staff were absolutely lovely about it. We got checked in our rooms super quick The food was fab and drinks at the bar were reasonably priced. Big shout out to Jai who was an absolute star on the bar. Breakfast was also excellent. Super place to stay.

Great Hotel. Clean and bright. Staff were friendly and polite always. I stayed in a standard room, which was larger than I expected. Very spacious with all the amenities you expect including kettle, iron and ironing board, towels and toiletries. Bed was super comfortable. The Hotel is very close to shopping malls and a good variety of restaurants.

Great check in and very friendly staff. Bed wasn't very comfortable I kept sliding off the edge as mattress felt slightly tilted. There was also a very bad repair job done on the ceiling. Looked like there had been a recent leak from the room above. Great breakfast and a very good choice of breakfast food. Would stay again but in a different room.

Room is clean and spacious. How ever the reception didn't think to mention that there is a "hotel rate" when paying for the carpark when I asked for information about machine. The carpark machine is unclear, to say the least, so I had to pay twice. Reception didn't seem to care. Great start.

Nice clean family room, breakfast was included in the price so we were happy with it. However, reception was poor, we were not told where was the breakfast area, the time slot for it, nothing. Same poor reception when we checked out.. Thankfully the room was clean and breakfast quite good.

Arrived to a lovely member of staff that checked me in. Explained the dining arrangements and billing for my business trip. I entered my room which was clean and spacious. The bathroom was clean and well layered out. The heating wasn’t working in the room so that was a little snag. The bed was extra firm so wasn’t comfortable. The meal at the restaurant wasn’t as I expected. I ordered the southern fried chicken burger and what came was not that it was three strips of what looked like ice land drummers in a 3 month old bun. Not good real bad. The rating is based on the staff and cleanness but the dinner gets a 3/10. Breakfast was solid 5/10.

Stayed for 6 nights on business. Really good value for money and they get the basics really right - comfy bed, quiet room, good shower. Everything is spotlessly clean. Nice and bright and modern. Customer service on the whole pretty good with some members of staff really going above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Breakfast decent - always lots of hot or cold choices available and nice and fresh too. Only things that could be improved is that the towels shed so much fibre everytime you use them you you end up breathing it in and it sticks to your body too. Also the pillows are really hard, lumpy and thin. Other than that, superb!
