There are two local B&M stores near Brownhills. One being just of Brownhills High Street, the other is situated in Walsall Wood, nr Aldridge. Both stores have good stock levels and pleasant enough environments. Both stores funnel customers into the left side of the store, using gondola display shelves. The Walsall Wood store has a much larger garden centre attached at the side of the property. The Brownhills garden centre is surprisingly very small and frankly lacking in both stock and variety. During my visit to Walsall Wood garden section (on a very hot day), I was disappointed to see plants wilting and dying, whilst two young members of male staff, literally sat on trolleys, texting on their phones. However, the rest of the staff in both stores, appeared busy, friendly and approachable. All in all both stores offered a good variety of goods, from housewares, to home goods, food and furniture. The prices here are steadily rising, as is true of many retail outlets in the current climate. Whilst the garden centre stock itself wasn't cheap, it was certainly still a fair bit cheaper than the average garden centre.

Shop is spacious. However when I came to pay the card machine is fixed to the stand and being a wheelchair user I couldn't pay for it myself. Luckily I wasn't alone.

A big branch of b and m, lots of choice of the usual items, home ware, food, garden, toys. This one had a good selection of garden plants, which is what I wanted. Would say the service is very slow, the employee could seem to work the scanner and took about 10 mins to get another till on and deal with it.

Always a pleasure going to this B&M. It has everything I'm looking for. Snacks for lunch boxes, something to munch on the bus journey home and quick lunch alternatives for work. Wheelchair accessible. I love walking round the gardening area. Theres just so much choice on all products.

Despite there recent refurbishment my personal opinion is they lack the essential everyday lines our Aldridge Branch have,,hence why I don't shop there regularly I leave often disappointed and go to my Aldridge Branch

Great store but tge garden section leaves a lot to be desired. There's no point in tge outside section they may aswell keep everything indoors for how little they stock.

Always end up spending in here, whether its the reduced items on clearance offer or simply 'bargains and more' then they will likely have what you're looking for or something suitable.

Good variety of stuff. On our visit the tills were busy but only one staff member on. In fairness there was some thieving teens that caused some drama. The staff are friendly dispite dealing with chancers.

Store was OK, good choice of stuff. Garden centre not as big as expected though. However got to the tills and it was horrendous. Only two tills open and queues way up the aisles. Dropped the products we had chosen and walked out. Car park was quite busy but still lots of spaces so shouldn't have been staffed like that at the checkouts. Visited Saturday 30th April 2022.

Not a bad store, laid out well, but most of the staff are Lithuanian and can't understand a word you say..

Used to enjoy looking around B&M but now find it very boring. It used to be like the middle aisles in Aldi or Lidl, you got excited about what you may find. Now it's a pale tired imitation of what it used to be.

Good store that usually has good stock levels. The only thing I don’t like about this store is that recently they have changed the layout which forces you to walk to the left of the store. Quite annoying when you’re in a rush and need something from the garden part which is at the far right!
