Great organisation and sad to see so many people trying to take advantage of it by not paying for treatment. I get most people don't have alot of money. But if ur that poor don't have a pet. Well done to all that work there couldn't help us with our kitten much as too small but I appreciated the work they do and made sure I paid more than the suggested. Others please do the same

Amazing people. The best ever. I cannot express my gratitude to them for saving Bonnie, the collie pup. Mark the Vat and John the Nurse went to the absolute limit for her and all with dignity, kindness and an informed and pleasant attitude. I was treated with patience, understanding and was not made to feel like a number or just another dog.

The work the vets do is amazing and by no means is this review a reflection on how hard they work. However the receptionists need serious compassion and customer service upskilling as they're rude, bossy, immature and downright incompetent a lot of the time. One in particular needs reprimanding. Her attitude stinks and she thinks she's in charge just because she wears a lanyard.. face like thunder. Not at all welcoming.

Takes absolutely forever to get through on the phone and really difficult to get your pet seen due to not being able to go in and book appointments currently BUT!! They are an amazing team who have taken care of my dogs for years!! My one Staffy is 17 years old and been coming here since a pup. He has long standing skin and ear problems and now a few age related issues. They have always been caring, helpful and very professional! All the staff here (including reception staff) care about all the animals they see. I remember once even receiving advice over the phone for my daughters sick goldfish (not something they usually do) but we were very grateful 😊 Thank you PDSA for always being there x

This is one of the best veterinary practices I have used. Due to its charity status, the staff really care about the animals and are not just there to make money from the treatment. If you are on benefits and need help with tne health of your pet, I can't recomend this place enough and if you are lucky enough to be able to pay for your pets health care, please consider donating to this worthwhile charity.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE. My friends dog went here for a broken leg and came out with parvo and needed to be put down due to the parvo they didn’t even tell her that there was 30+ cases of parvo in there until she took the dog back in they then said they would put the dog to sleep for free due to it being down to them then once they put the needle in they said how do you want to pay cash or card there service is disgusting there second dog then caught parvo and she is now having to pay 200 pound a day for him to be in there witch was there fault she is struggling to pay the bills and wouldn’t even open a payment plan THIS PLACE NEEDS SHUTTING DOWN PLEASE PLEASE DONT SEND YOUR DOGS HERE YOU WILL BE SIGHNING THERE DEATH CERTIFICATE

If you have a sick pet it's the best place to go. The staff are very friendly and polite and can't do enough for you. The vets are excellent at their job and the out patient care is great too. The facility is very clean and tidy and the waiting room is separate for cats and dogs so no hassle for frightened pets.

The work these guys do is amazing, absolutely invaluable. Took our little phoebe in a few weeks ago for treatment on a tumour, she's had regular appointments and check ups with the PDSA and today had an operation, they were so kind and gentle with her, treated her amazingly and are just absolutely brilliant at what they do, no words can ever describe how grateful we are as a family that out little phoebe has been given another chance at life❀

Can only offer 1 star because zero stars not an option. 2 hours on hold with Wolverhampton. Told not registered with them even though I know I was. My dog died in my arms. I did donate Β£1000 per year to pdsa through my tax relief. That's cancelled!

Very helpful staff. Brilliant keeping owners of pets with information they needed to know. Also place is always clean and tidy. Can't be grateful with the place. Stayed with us while our dog was put to sleep. Left us to say goodbye. And showed us another way out. So we didn't go back through reception upset.

In need of emergency treatment for my cat who gad become really unwell, and they provide services for low income people. Unfortunately my cat passed away, but the service/treatment and kindness shown by the staff was fantastic. Great animal hospital that need the support and donations of those who can help to keep them operating.

The receptionists were kind friendly and informative also very sympathetic and respectful. Sadly I had to have a beloved guinea pig put to sleep. The vet we saw was brilliant with my lovely Pepe. She really cared and although putting him down was the best decision for him she was so loving toward my baby boy that although I couldn't be with him when he was being put to sleep I knew he was being very well cared for and not alone when he did go. I'm incredibly grateful to her and the receptionist staff that we saw after who were quietly respectful. Everywhere was remarkably clean and I'll always take my pets there when they need emergency care. Just a shame they don't offer the same services on a weekend. Saturday or Sunday emergency's are dealt with by Oldbury which is too far for us to travel to.

Visited here recently with a friend and her cat. Appointment was arranged promptly. Long delay in being seen due to lots of emergencies, which we understood. Unfortunately one of the ladies on reception I felt was very blunt, quite rude and lacked empathy with another customer who was clearly distressed over their poorly animal. Very unprofessional and extremely rude! I was shocked at the way this person was spoken to. Our cat was seen by a lovely vet who took their time and treated the issue in hand efficiency. Stars or given for quickness of arranging appointment and the attentiveness of the vet. Loss of stars given to the unapproachable, rude lady on reception who really should work on empathy, whilst dealing with people who have sick animals and are clearly upset.
