For us going into Birmingham was hit n miss buses are not reliable. We often waited 45 mins to an hour with buses disappeared of the screen. This was the only downside. And getting back we had to leave Birmingham Arena 9pm or risk not getting back. Staff wonderful as ever. Room clean n tidy. No complaints on hotel.

I visit from London alot and this is my go to Hotel for my stays. The rates are cheap, the rooms are clean, the area is quiet and there are lots of shops & restaurants near by. On site parking is free for your stay too. The only reason it loses a star is because you cannot open the windows even slightly in the room so sometimes my sleep is bad due to the lack of fresh and cool air from the outside. Otherwise I would recommend this hotel.

First thing. I is a very quiet hotel. Had a really good nights sleep. Would stay again. Now just some old man quibbles. 1 The automated check in. Even with my bifocals the screen was hard to read. 2 Putting in your vehicle reg. The does not clear thebox so you have no car at the start of your reg. 3 You must pick a country from a drop down menu. Please put a button that says uk or not uk. 4 I know most of the hotels have a slot to put power to the lights. Can you please make it brighter on first entry. Coming in from a relative bright hallway. It was hard to spot. 5 The chair was picked by some young person. It was to low for me. An extra 2 or 3 inches would have made a big difference to me. It would not have bothered the young folk. Old man gripes over. Service was fast. Less than 10 seconds after pressing buzzer. Friendly staff.

The room I was originally given had an awful smell of mould. A senior team member agreed and I was moved to another room. Everything was then perfect, and I was given a voucher for a complimentary breakfast 😋

A pleasant welcome, clean and comfy rooms. Really appreciated that the were two arm chairs in our bedroom so we didn't have to sit on the bed when not sleeping.

Very basic..no snacks in room..no mini fridge to keep items cool...no telephone on room to call reception, if need a query answering or room service. One has to go down via lifts or stairs to find reception. Nothing to look forward to just same old boring room.

Good place to stay for me in relation to my work place. Staff friendly and professional only down side is parking van be tricky as its a popular hotel and bar restaurant next door is busy with its own patrons. Other than that yeah if recommended it as you know what you are getting in regards room and standards

Claire was amazing. She was really helpful from when I booked the rooms and on the day of our arrival at the hotel. She answered all the questions I had and was very welcoming when we arrived. Claire was an amazing staff.

Good overall and good privacy at the side away from main town Just lacks that special touch and the walsall equivalent does everything that much better at present.

A great stay during a difficult time. Welcoming, attentive staff. Tip: Don't forget to insert your key card, otherwise the lights won't turn on! As a pedestrian, it was a bit of a walk to reach it but the whole set-up was very pleasant, clean and I'd recommend it. Cooked breakfast a little salty, but as a vegetarian, there were plenty of choices. It was encouraging to see signs expressing the companies' dedication to diversity, and, as an autistic person, I was glad to see that they have signed-up to the Sunflower scheme. Best bedroom aspects: -controllable heating -big, comfy bed -a bath. Thank you.

Excellent hotel. I've stayed here a few times now, the lady on the front desk is always very polite and the rooms are always clean. The parking is free on site but is very limited, I'd advise getting there nice and early.

Bar staff made a huge error on my tab. Had mix grill and 1 pint of Guinness, should be roughly £20, but an error by bar staff, It meant I could not have another drink. It showed I had spent my £30 tab on my food, and the manager could not do anything. Was not best please. Breakfast was good, average at best.

So i used that Hotel a couple of Times and it is good situiert like the place is very nice very near to HIGHSTREET / WEST BROMWICH. As for the Service and Room it is a so called 0815 THING. Not bad not Good but u r satiesfied. It is very Central to West Bromwich and u dont need to take a Taxi to see and knew what's happening in West Bromwich. So out of 5 is 3.6 my opinion. 1) Its a Hotel to take your GF there and have FUN, thats how i see it. 2) Or it is for Business Trips

Lovely hotel, we’ve stayed here a number of times now. Always clean, rooms are lovely and big size. Food is always delicious and restaurant staff are really friendly. We also checked in this time with the deputy manager Jade who was so helpful, nothing was to much trouble for her and she was great with the kids. We had some trouble at a different Premier Inn a few nights prior that she offered to help with. Really 10 out of 10 service that makes you want to return!

It's a premier inn, so you'll know what you are getting. My gripe was that the car park is tiny, I got there around 6.30 and the car park was over full. I had to park in Tescos which is free after 6, but nobody warned me that you have to pay for anytime there after 6am. Good job I checked for myself!

A positive experience is almost always based around staff interaction. Some of the young staff here can be beligerent, and could do with 'senior' supervision... especially the breakfast supervisor who doesn't quite understand the concept of customer service

BEWARE - THERE IS A SCAM HERE ON PARKING I stayed over night with my daughter while visiting the university. I checked in and registered my car as requested. At no point on the booking information or when i checked in was i asked if i had paid for the parking. A month later I have had a £100 fine. The stock answer is it is on the website. This is a back-handed way of making more money out of people

This hotel is conveniently located close to the M5 motorway & is in the vicinity of a shopping park, so it has a Tesco petrol station and Tescos close by. There are also the usual brands such as M&S, next, shoe stores and other clothes shops so you won't have to venture far for any supply top up. The staff were excellent as the room's TV remote control didn't work, so it was swapped. I made them aware of a shower leak ( I was given the option to move room and as we were comfortable in the room, towels were supplied to soak up) and loose toilet seat that they made a note of to fix prior to releasing to another customer. The staff were very pleasant and professional, so I would like to congratulate management on the high level of service. I always say it's not about the problems with hotel rooms but it's about the stance the hotel staff take to rectify the problem. I always stay at Premiere Inn, and due to staff at this hotel, I will continue to do so. Photos attached (view from hotel window).

The location is perfect but the rooms are terrible noise caming from the bathroom everytime you flush the toilet or turn light on grinding noise. Kids trying door handles. The net was ripped only 5 coat hangers.,no drawers. The shower leaked at side the bed was uncomfortable and could not sleep . Would not recommend. The prices they charge is ridiculous as well. Breakfast not worth it cheaper down road.

I always stay here at least once a year as have family around here and I come from Devon. They never fail to please here, always welcoming staff, lovely clean comfortable rooms. Great location next to the new square with lots of things to do especially with children. The restaurant attached has a yummy buffet breakfast too and a clean environment too with very friendly staff. Defiantly recommend!! :)

Room size was really good. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Big retail park opposite of this hotel. So if you love shopping its good option.

Room was cold. Arrived Sat, to a freezing cold room, adjusted thermostat and the room was warm by Sunday morning. Lol. Two adults sharing as stated on booking. Only one set of towels. No telephone in room. This was sorted out by the reception quite quickly when we went downstairs. Also dodgy toilet seat, wear and tear. Reported to reception on checking out and she got all flustered.

Really good budget hotel when I’m travelling in the U.K. This one is in West Bromwich and wasn’t far from the Commonwealth Games Swimming centre. Comfortable spacious double bedroom with a spare bed. Bathroom was compact but great for short stay. You know what to expect with Premier Inn and the difference is usually the building. Here the building is new and fresh. There is an on-site cafe and breakfast us available. I had a veggie breakfast and it was ok.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was comfortable and clean. My only quibble was the evening food in the restaurant and the lack of staff. There only seemed to be one person to quite a considerable number of people. They did do a wonderful job at trying to keep everyone one happy, but it wasn’t enough. Some foods were served cold, but the staff were amazing and tried to compensate our group.
