It was an okay stay, the room wasn't great but it was fine for one nights stay. The breakfast at the restaurant was very average and requests for breakfast order weren't listened to when items were missing. The room was fine, bed was comfortable as premier inn usually are but radiator didn't work and flashed a bright light, clicking on and off throughout the night. There was also a distinct smell of smoke in the room which lingered throughout the upper floor. Bathroom was clean and tea/coffee facilities were good.

It's OK. Staff lovely, location good and has Instsvolt EV charging close by. The hotel has been there some time, so a bit tired. No aircon at this hotel, the room was OK but smelt a bit !! Restaurant next door also OK....music a bit loud but overall efficient and as expected. Thanks

Loved it, comfortable room, if you go for meal deal very reasonable, 2 course dinner and unlimited breakfast hot and cold options. Slept well, friendly staff, couldn't ask for more

Rooms not cleaned properly, especially the bathroom floor - the edges of the floor were thick of dust. Bed sheets not changed after requesting a room service after three nights and the free WiFi is useless. The staff on the front desk seemed nice enough.

Always friendly and helpful on reception, nothing is too much trouble. Room is always clean and tidy as well as the bed is always comfortable to sleep on/in. Always stay when on business here at the lakeside Premier inn Hotel, because it offers everything anyone requires. Recommend staying here to everyone. πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘Thank you all

I've stayed here a number of time for business but I have to commend my last stay, Marianne was so was so helpful, I had a problem with my internet access and after raising concerns about the parking at a different city centre Premier in she was so helpful asking me to park in a different spot which was covered by better lighting & CCTV. Outstanding customer service

Easy location to get to. Very clean and tidy on arrival. Beds super comfy as always. Very accommodating and offers early check in which was required after driving for over 3 hours. Very welcoming and will be coming again. Thank you

Room was very clean and comfortable which is standard at premier. Surprisingly there are no USB ports in the room so if you haven't brought an adaptor there is nowhere to charge your phone/laptop. A very peaceful night sleep but Unfortunately I was woken very early by groups of contractors talking loudly in the hallways, then chitter chattering outside. These people need to put their glasses on and read the signs....shhhh be quiet, respect other guests. Arrived at the pub at 9.30 and ordered a full English. It took 30 minutes before we were served our meal which was Luke warm. Not the best of breakfasts im afraid, for me anyway. Would I stay here again, probably not. Would I recommend this hotel, probably not.

Rooms as expected from Premier Inn. Very consistent. Vending machine took our money but didnt dispense. However this was sorted by staff (Tracey) on the night who was very helpful.

Nice clean premier Inn. Good, helpful customer service and brilliant location for attractions like black country museum, cadburys and other places . The motorways are close by. Breakfast was nicely cooked and would stay here again. 😊

One night stay on route from Scotland to the Cornwall so location just off M5 was good Free WiFi didn't work Lady on front desk gave me the code for the pay for WiFi and still didn't work but not the end of the world for one night I think that the rooms are do for a update as no USB sockets at all we stayed in two other Premier Inns on this trip which both had USB sockets Other than that the room was comfortable and quiet Food in pub next door was ok and breakfast was good it's not self service for cooked breakfast but you order it from the menu and then it's served to you the other two places were Buffet style Over all I would definitely stay again

Vending Machine not working and adjacent bar has closed though I did manage to get a take out drink before they locked the door. We had an accessible room, however bizarrely the shower head was at around 7ft, I had to stand in the bath to lower it down. I not staying in the room. Not sure how a solo traveller would manage certainly not a wheelchair user. It also very stiff to move. Other than that all good. Very nice hand wash soap and body wash a lot nicer than standard Premier Inn. πŸ™‚

The receptionist was so polite and lovely, the location is decent and the hotel is clean. Our room was great. The reason why I dropped a star is because we weren’t left a great deal of tea/coffees/condiments, only one bath towel between us and that there isn’t a lift so you have walk through corridors and corridors to get to your room. Regardless of that, I would happily stay here again

One of the Best places to stay, Excellent Service and attention. Lauren the Deputy Manager was more then just attentive but really caring, ensured our stay was pleasant and safe at all times, Really appreciate your sincere efforts Lauren and the Good Managerial Skills. The Hotel is maintained in par with a 4 star or a 5 star in service & standard Marianne is to be appreciated too for her smile always and hearing us all times ensuring we were happy The House keeping team Renu, Mani, Colleen, Chelsea & rest were amazing, always there to assist with patience and ready to help always We stayed with our two kids and all we felt was Home Cheers and keep up the good work Highly recommend this place for families.

It's ok for a night and what you'd expect from a premier Inn... hotel was very quiet, room was comfortable but there was a slight smell of smoke in my room

Excellent, great value for money, easy to get to the centre of Birmingham. Friendly and professional reception, rooms spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, quiet location, massive breakfast (well worth extra few quid!) I had really good sleep. Highly recommended!

Nice hotel and just what you expect from a Premier Inn. I am convinced that Premier Inns choke 4g coverage but can't prove this as I had to purchase their ultimate WiFi (which they do not guarantee a minimum speed) which was also very poor (between 05 to 2mb). I mentioned this to reception and they said that their Internet was not very good , so why not mention that when checking in? The restaurant however was fantastic with excellent food and service, it is probably the best I have experienced in my many years staying in Premier Inns.

Good room size and very clean. No USB sockets on plugs and no air con but still pleased with my stay. Convenient to the Cookhouse pub, which was next door.

Perfect location for our trip to Black country museum. Friendly staff who were really helpful. Comfortable beds, great shower and next door to a lovely pub, where we had one of the best breakfasts we had had in a long time

Room was tidy, but the bed was small for a double and very low. The room was clean and decent, TV was good size for the room. Bathroom door was VERY heavy and hard to move, someone elderly or not as strong would struggle with it. Shower wasnt fit to be used as a shower as it was slippy soon as wet. Shower head holder had mould in. On a plus note we had some noisy neighbours but the receptionist dealt with them swiftly. Not one of the better Premier inn's I have stayed in.

The reception was friendly and very helpful and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. There is no lift at this hotel so would advise you to ask for a ground floor room if you have trouble ascending stairs. Rooms are standard Premier Inn we asked for one with a walk in shower which are slightly smaller than the family room. We had a first class trouble free stay.

Room was really good. Great comfy bed in true premier inn style. The all inclusive breakfast was disappointing. Would have been so much nicer if breakfast was laid out as a buffet when you say, eat all you want breakfast. But it was a lady taking your order and bringing to the table on a plate. No eat all you want about it 😏

The Receptionist was extremely nice and welcoming. The room was more then I have expected, very clean! Nice bathroom. Is actually not too close to M5 nice and peaceful. You do need to walk a bit to your room but I don’t mind. Will definitely stay here again!
