    PSA- those 5 star ratings are fake. Don’t be fooled. This surgery must be the worse of all . The reception staffs are a disgrace and should all be sacked. I don’t normally write poor reviews but this one has been exceptional. On many occasions, I normally ring at 8am and have to wait long on the phone. they never pick up but when they finally do, they never have appointments left which is upsetting and to top it all staffs are quick to dismiss you. It’s like they had a gun to their heads when they speak to you. They posses zero people, empathy and, communication skills. As a med student this makes me very upset and makes me embarrassed of the profession. The doctors at this surgery are aware of the reception bad customer services yet they turn a blind eye like they do with most things. I will be changing my Surgery with immediate effect.

    I had to do the steroid injection for the carpal tunnel. I was very afraid😢, but Dr Adrian Fletcher assured me that I would not feel anything and that everything would be fine🙄. I trusted and it was really worth it😊. I didn't know when he did the injection because like I didn't feel anything😉. Dr is very friendly and knows how to make you forget your fear🥳. I wish all doctors were like him.Big thank you 🙏

    I don’t usually write a review but I want to get this off my chest. We had a very bad experience when my son had his vaccination recently. The nurse named Emilia, who did his injections was really rude to us when she was explaining the procedure and giving us instruction as if we are dumb. She made us feel very uncomfortable. She doesn’t look like she has any compassion with what she’s doing. All she wanted to do was say whatever she needed to say and get done with it. Her explanation wasn’t clear at all since she said it way too fast and she made me feel like I was not allowed to ask any questions the way she spoke to me. Imagine that you are already anxious knowing that your little one will be in a lot of discomfort after the injections and you get treated like that. I am also a nurse and I have never treated any of my patients nor their families the way she did to us.

    I have been trying to contact yourselves to chase up a referral for an appointment for a cardiovascular appointment without success for 4 days straight. I can't get through to a human being. Every time I call I'm either told to email a request or the phone is cut off. Appalling that you can't get to talk to your own doctor when A&E have said they can't do anything without a referral from your GP.

    Did a smear test the nurse has been so rough with it I started bleeding and now im in so much pain ive been to the hospital and they took care of me more than my own gp. Shame on them because nobody does anything

    Brilliant service I have received today for my 2 year old , not the normal receptionist I see but the staff and doctor today were very professional and helpful .The receptionist did his best to accommodate my daughter to get an appointment and answer my questions I had . I’m not sure of the doctors name but she was lovely and patient with my 2 year old even after getting kicked by her as she has autism. Thank you so much to the staff on duty today 😁

    The receptionist who took my call listened and was empathetic. She recognised the urgency of my situation and did all she could to help resolve the matter. She, kindly, called back to update me and give additional advice. This was the best service I've received from you in a long while. Thank you.

    Would happily give 10 stars if I could to the lovely Reception staff at Tudor Medical Centre. Very helpful, courteous and understanding of my situation. Efficiently sorted everything in a matter of minutes. These lovely ladies go the extra mile to be accommodating and respectful and the service they provide is greatly appreciated.

    Had a telephone conversation last week with receptionist empathy was evident she was very helpful, will update my rating because of her. I would mention her name but not without her permission, good team work, The welsh lassie ,on my post op visit , nurse l should say, was brilliant ooh please keep her hahaha

    I was very happy with the response from the receptionist Marlene. She was very thorough In dealing with an administrational issues that needed to be addressed and followed up on; she kept me informed, which I thought was very reassuring and professional. Having been a doctors receptionist myself many years ago, I was impressed with her dedication in following through. Well done Marlene.

    I would like to highlight that we had a very bad experience on the 20th august 2022 due to the lack of communication and initiative by the receptionists. However we were seen by nurse Ricky who was extremely helpful and ensured that we were assisted. She went out of her way and beyond to save us coming back for another appointment. She was very understanding and extremely nice and I would just like to say thank you for all her help.

    Was very happy with my appointment this morning Sharanveer reassured me that there were no concerns with my health at the moment but would do a repeat blood test to keep an eye on things . He was very pleasant and professional. Lady on reception was also very helpful as machine on wall didn’t check me in properly and sorted my order for repeat medication after my appointment.

    My mum and sister just had an appointment with Sharanveer Sangha and as usual, it met their expectations. He is attentive, a good listener, honest, jovial and a pleasure to be seen by. I've seen him myself for my mother on other occasions so I was not surprised to see how happy they were coming out of the surgery. May he spread his good work ethic to his team!

    would give no stars if i could. been calling for two weeks, have an infection that needed antibiotics had to go Newcross but also was told to make sure the doctors fast track me to a breast clinic and after five days of calling just to be hanged up on im starting to think i need to report this surgery as they are playing with peoples lives. STAY CLEAR if you value your health.

    Booking appointment is pointless. By the time you get one to attend your condition has either become more severe requiring hospital admission or it resolves adequately enough to not require prescriptive treatment having suffered more than was avoidable through prompt treatment. 2 weeks is far too long to wait to see a doctor for urgent unaffordable prescription medication. In some cases, the medication is only for 10 days before repeat is required. Service is not for for purpose.

    An excellent response following my call to the Surgery due to suffering with a chest infection for a few days now. I was called back within 15 minutes of my original call and both the Receptionist and Dr Agrawal were most helpful resulting in a prescription being sent direct to my Pharmacy for immediate collection.     Dr Fletcher is absolutely fantastic. I encountered him at Leicester Street practice and today at Wellington surgery Bilston. He is amazing. So professional,kind and caring. He is good at what he does and very confident. He is helpful as well. I believe he is soaring.

    After visiting different medical institutions and being registered at the same Medical Practice from Birth, after 51 Years I commend and have experienced the most Caring and Professional Doctor in my Life, thank You Dr Fletcher you are a very Fine example and a Perfect Role Model to your Profession. I appreciate your time and expertise more over ghe compassion you showed towards me in helping me back on track, I will only insist on seeing Dr Fletcher onwards.     Recently had to visit the doctor due to my sons ear infection. The doctor went above and beyond to ensure he refived the right treatment and medication. They were very busy but she took her time attending to my son. Thank you for your outstanding service.

    I cannot thank Sue and Carol on reception enough for making my visit to the practice today such a pleasant one. Sue was very helpful and understanding and the atmosphere was extremely welcoming. I also thank Dr Fletcher for seeing me at the end of surgery. This was my first visit since the pandemic and I was impressed.

    I have just spoken to Sue...one of the receptionists. She was a lovely lady who helped me with a couple of concerns I had with an appointment and a prescription. She was a breath of fresh air...listening to my problem and offering suggestions and advice. Thank you Sue for your kindness...very much appreciated.

    If I were writing this review only a month or so ago, I would probably have given 1 or 2 stars because it used to take me FOREVER to get through on the phone and I have previously experienced rudeness from the staff on the phone too. I don't know what's changed, but my experience these past couple of weeks has been vastly different! An appointment I urgently needed was rearranged to a week later when I would be on holiday. When I called up about this, I got through quickly and the lady on the phone (I didn't get her name) was so helpful in rearranging it for me, liasing with the relevant people and keeping me informed throughout. She was so accommodating and understanding and I'm very grateful to her - Tudor Medical Centre is lucky to have her! And then all the staff at Owen Road were so polite and friendly - I've had a positive experience with the reception staff, two doctors and a nurse just in the past few weeks. I don't know what's changed but it's definitely changed for the better!

    A Hugh shout out to Nurse Practitioner Ms Riki Kumar. From the first day I entered her office @Tudor Medical Center I have received nothing but pure love and support. I was struggling really bad and she was there right through with me from the starting. She listened to me so attentively every time on my clinic visits and provided me with so much support and love. Always guided me in a positive way. I’m so thankful and grateful I met her in my time of need. Thank you so so much Ms Kumar.     On multiple occasions I have seen loads of Nice Practitioners but Dr Adrian Fletcher is very outstanding! He does his job with no issues and is extremely patient and allays anxiety. He goes the extra mile for his patients and is one of the very very best in terms of skills (he sent me for tests that help with an uncommon diagnosis) I wish him all the great things in life and I will forever be grateful to him and I pray the universe gives him the best of everything.

    I had a routine smear appointment with practice nurse Emilia, during the appointment she made me feel welcome and comfortable as these kinds of appointments can be quite unpleasant . She was professional throughout the appointment , she informed me of the procedure and explained to me the process of receiving the results. She then went on to explain to me what an abnormal result could mean and the process that follows. I felt comfortable and well informed during the appointment, my privacy and dignity was respected throughout. Anita x

    During rhe past few months I have received a first class service from Dr Nikita Boschle. She has supported me sensitively and with respect during a stressful period. She has listened and showed me empathy - also referring me to other services should I require them. Furthermore, it has been reassuring to see the same doctor on each of my visits - this consistency has provided me with excellent patient care. The reason for not providing a 5 star service is because I have struggled to make contact (by phone) with the reception staff at the surgery. In which case I would have no choice but to visit the surgery instead.
