If
I
were
writing
this
review
only
a
month
or
so
ago,
I
would
probably
have
given
1
or
2
stars
because
it
used
to
take
me
FOREVER
to
get
through
on
the
phone
and
I
have
previously
experienced
rudeness
from
the
staff
on
the
phone
too.
I
don't
know
what's
changed,
but
my
experience
these
past
couple
of
weeks
has
been
vastly
different!
An
appointment
I
urgently
needed
was
rearranged
to
a
week
later
when
I
would
be
on
holiday.
When
I
called
up
about
this,
I
got
through
quickly
and
the
lady
on
the
phone
(I
didn't
get
her
name)
was
so
helpful
in
rearranging
it
for
me,
liasing
with
the
relevant
people
and
keeping
me
informed
throughout.
She
was
so
accommodating
and
understanding
and
I'm
very
grateful
to
her
-
Tudor
Medical
Centre
is
lucky
to
have
her!
And
then
all
the
staff
at
Owen
Road
were
so
polite
and
friendly
-
I've
had
a
positive
experience
with
the
reception
staff,
two
doctors
and
a
nurse
just
in
the
past
few
weeks.
I
don't
know
what's
changed
but
it's
definitely
changed
for
the
better!
