Customer service very poor went to hotel it had woodlice in they drive and drive and drive before going to hotel after a long day and they do not care when make complaint hotel hadn't been cleaned found reciept from nine months ago and like a building site out of window. This when you are paying more than any other coach operator for one nights stay had phone call company think this is all right because it is a mystery tour don't go don't go

We traveled as a family to Austria. It was fantastic. Lovely clean coaches. Amazing driver and host. Excellent value for money. Air con and entertainment on board were good. I cannot fault them at all. We are booking again

Excellent first class service, staff and tour. Cannot recommend them enough. It was my first time touring with Parry's, but won't be my last. From start to finish you felt like a friend. Many people on board were seasoned travellers and the staff remembered them. The tour was planned to perfection and the base hotel was lovely. My only complaint was it had to end. Thank you Parry's, I will be returning.

Terrible company and customer service. One of the coach fleet backed into my partners car when stationary, the company accepted all fault and requested the claim was not put through insurance which we agreed to do in good will. After several weeks of me personally chasing the company and body shop for quotes, I decided to escalate the complaint to senior management. I was then contacted by the company owner "David Parry" who's replied via email to state "We have made a quick offer in view of the problem although the damage is not enough to put your car off the road and your car is 10 years old !"

Our first, and certainly not the last Parrys Tour. Great all round. Lovely coach and brilliant drivers, who kept us well informed. Venues were fabulous, and the hotels were well chosen.

Always a pleasure to travel with, comfortable seats TV screens each person and toilet on board. International travel been to some fantastic places . Also the London trips are brilliant.

Done yet another theatre trip. Always good value. Nice relaxed well organised and lovely hotel Heathrow Marriott. The only tiny criticism is that each time we've stayed at this hotel the main dinner in the evenong is never hit which is a shame as quality of good is nut its always cold plates and cold food. The Parrys staff dine there as well and Im surprised that its never been fed back to hotel. I know they cater for large numbers but surely this could be improved.

This was my first excursion with Parrys and I was not disappointed. The coach itself was spotless and in excellent condition. Our crew were husband and wife Tom and Louise, Tom being the driver and Louise the courier both of whom were immaculately turned out. Louise was attentive, polite and efficient. Tom was a very experienced driver with a vast amount of knowledge, and he gave information on things, places and buildings as we passed by. All in all it was a very good experience and I would not hesitate to go away with them again.

It was the first time for my husband and I on a Parry’s tour. Certainly won’t be the last! We went with some friends on the springtime tulips 🌷 holiday. Extremely well organised and hotel was amazing. Big thank you to our driver Chris and the courier Claire, the perfect hosts. Much fun and laughter was had by all. 🌷🌷😀😀

Used Parrys in the past. A little more expensive but worth every penny. Coaches and staff are outstanding. The coaches are luxurious with plenty of leg room. The staff are polite helpful on and off duty serving refreshments on board in some cases better than been on a aircraft. The accommodation is usually first class just to ad to you Parrys experience.

We booked a trip to surprise a friend who was already going for his birthday. We've never been on a coach trip before and weren't sure what to expect. The whole experience surpassed all our expectations. Parrys staff and drivers were wonderful. They kept you informed of everything and were very streamlined. The coaches themselves were super clean and were way better than we imagined. Each passenger had their own entertainment system on the headrest in front, showing films, TV shows, games, photos, navigation, and live dash cam. We were on an overnight trip to see the illuminations at Blackpool, with a stop off en route at Chester for the Christmas Market and a stop off on the way back at Liverpool. The time allowed at each of the stop offs we felt were just right. We had 3 hours to see the cities, visit the markets, grab lunch, and sample the gluhwein!!.. all in all a fantastic time with a fantastic operator.. would defo book another. (Oh, in case you're wondering, our group is early 50's.. we weren't the youngest.. 😀)

8 day trip to Lake Garda, calling at Limburg, Germany, for overnight stops there and back. Absolutely smashing. The coaches were wonderful, plenty of leg room, screens showing films, TV programmes, dash cam etc. for each person, regular service of hot and cold drinks and snacks and regular stops at service stations. The drivers were great, gave us plenty of info, and drove very smoothly. We had a free meal on the ferry each way, everything went really smoothly. Riva del Garda is a beautiful place, the trips out were lovely and the hotel was great, so all in all a super holiday! Thanks!

Went for the first time with friends last week to London to see Phantom Of The Opera. All I can is that the crew we had couldn't have been better. Nigel was so informative and funny. I think the young lady was called Nicole.Both were superb drivers. Kept us supplied with drinks throughout our trip. Will definitely be using Parrys again. Well done guys. First class operation cannot fault you in any way.

Been in half a dozen trips with Parrys and enjoyed all of them. Superb coaches and friendly drivers. Hotels used and food and accommodation are to a good standard. Would certainly recommend them to anyone in interested in a coach holiday.

A really well liked established Coach Company based the Midlands. They go over and above to care for their customers at home & abroad. State of the art, very comfortable coaches for long journeys. Time flies by when you are travelling in Luxury. Well informed drivers and guides. This company comes highly recommended for any coach tour you may be thinking of for the future, by all that have toured with them previously. They have a drinks service on board, seat back TV's and entertainment / information system, air con & dedicated pick ups & drop offs to make your tour special.

First time me and my wife have tried a coach holiday so we went on a 4 day trip to Germany on a wine festival and from the start to finish we were treated fantastic Richard and Sarah our drivers were very professional could not do enough for you and the hotel they used was very good the food and room was very good and the location was excellent thanks again we would love to join you for a holiday next year thanks again jamie mcnally

Went to Minehead for the Christmas break. As usual excellent service from staff, clean and very comfortable coach. Free entertainment and reasonably priced drinks on board, better value than most service stations. Our third Christmas trip with the company, always good value for money. Highly recommend.

Been using this coach operator for more than 20 years. This time was a trip to the French Alps region of France visiting Annecy, Lyon & Grenoble & staying in a 15th century chateau near Chambėry. Amazing trip, couldnt fault it. If u haven't used Parrys yet do yourself a massive favour & book a trip, you won't be disappointed!

Come back last night from week in Germany 🇩🇪 couldn't fault it ,Dave parry got us there and back safely and courier Amy was absolutely fantastic she was brilliant will definitely be going on more trips .

Not worth the money. Basic hotel which serves cold food. We was going to liverpool but had hotel in Manchester. Coffee break was in a car park and not in a cafe/pub. We was never told change of hotel only day before. We had to chase times of leaving etc.

Used parrys a number of times over the years, most recently to the portbyan Hotel Looe Cornwall every thing about the hotel was very nice until you come to the restaurant on an evening. Painfully slow table service, soup starters bland & luke warm main meals again luke warm or worse cold same veg served every night again cold in fact the food on offer was easily forgetable. Would not return to this hotel, would still travel with parrys but would do more homework on any hotel used by them.

Got back yesterday from Brighton Monday to Friday, had a really great time. It was my partner's first time with parry's and he was very impressed. He has throat cancer so has problems eating he had his feeding tube outage few weeks ago. I mentioned it to Chris the driver and he had a word with the hotel dining staff. The only let down was the hotel room. I think it used to be a storage cupboard

Coach was clean and safe, plenty of free entertainment avaliable, good selection of drinks at reasonable prices, staff are very friendly and helpful, journey was smooth and comfortable, definitely use again.

Best coach company ever. Been using them in the UK and Europe for nearly 20 years & have never been disappointed. Fantastic coaches, always friendly & competent staff & always use good hotels. Great vfm. Highly recommended
