Very busy, but it's a thriving and happy place, can I just say that the staff are so wonderful, all of you guys should be very proud. But especially the lovely young lady with curly hair who sits by the computers in front of the toilet, you are an absolute credit to your organisation and such a wonderful, bubbly & happy lady that welcomes everybody in such a endearing & caring Manor. You made our day just that bit better with your happy and positive attitude. Me and my partner think you are amazing! Also the man who did our scan was absolutely amazing and took care and time with us too to make sure we had really good pictures. Thank you window to the womb ❤️

The experience was absolutely amazing, did end up getting seen later than my appointment time but I didn't mind as I was waiting on my Mom anyway and was having a lovely chat with the lady on reception. All the staff were lovely, cannot praise them enough, the atmosphere was amazing, overall just a really really really enjoyable visit. Of course got some lovely photos of little one, and even picked up a heartbeat teddy which is amazing quality too, super soft and the recording of the heartbeat inside is clear and strong, my partner and I haven't stopped holding it and listening to it, already named the teddy ready for little one too . I have had to email to figure out how to get the digital report and images but thats cause baby brain forgot to ask whilst still there 😅

Amazing service! The pictures are clear and the sonographer asked us if we’re happy with the images. He took loads of 4d photos so we have a lot to choose from. This is my second time here. The my first was the gender scan and everyone was lovely and friendly. They offered us with few lovely add-ons to our chosen package.

Booked an appointment here last minute today as my wife had a fall and not the hospital, midwives nor GP wanted to see us. So we wanted a scan to make sure baby was okay. Booked us in with no fuss the same afternoon. Were really understanding and friendly and got us in for the scan ASAP. Was great to see our boy doing just fine sleeping away completely obvious to us worrying on the outside! Got a load of free prints which was nice. Seem to offer a lot of good packages and gifts etc. Really good experience.

Booked for 12.00am arrived on time and than someone turn late who was actually book for 10.30 and was placed before us, so we was waiting 40 minutes because someone was late, absolutely joke, no explanation nothing to the other waiting costumers. Not happy at all

Attended for a 4d scan on my baby the girls were so friendly from the minute we arrived, lovely clean clinic also. Inside the scan room the staff were amazing explaining everything to my children and then very patient whilst we picked our images. The best part was the quality of our images ❤️ I cannot stop looking at them. I was 27 weeks and it has been my best 4d scan yet 🥰

We went for a gender scan this Saturday, ready for our twin gender reveal yesterday. We found out we are having a girl and a boy 💙💗 I want to say a massive thank you to the team, especially Shona and Louise for answering all our questions and working very hard to find Twin 2s gender who decided to turn over and cover his bits. I had a scan here yesterday, there was a mix up with the system and appointments but still got me in without any hassle at the same time. I enjoy having scans here so much more than the hospital, it's much more cozy and relaxed and the staff are so friendly and gentle. They really take the time to make sure you know everything that's going on and that you feel welcome and involved. I'd definitely recommend this place over any others.

We had our 8 week scan, and our 16 week gender scan here and both were amazing. We were so well looked after and supported, and our baby was shown thoroughly. I felt so happy and at ease here. I will definitely be returning for my 4D one!💙

Customer service is absolutely first class, from start to finish. They are very attentive here and look after you. I called last minute to see if they could book me in and did everything they could to! Got an appointment same day an hour later. We were made to feel very welcome and relaxed here. We were with our little 16 month girl who wasn’t very settled but the staff were so kind and friendly which really helped us settle her down whilst having the scan. The baby was hard to scan and the staff made all the effort to get us some good pictures and tell us the gender ready for the reveal. Please consider this place for you scan. We will definitely come again for our 4D scan.

It was brilliant experience in such a hard time (covid 19) allowed my partner to be involved, the staff was brilliant and friendly and very professional. They showed the brain, heart and everything else and were very reassuring. They were very determined to find the gender as the baby was in a difficult position but we got there in the end. Overall warm welcoming and service definitely recommend.

The booking process was super easy. Appointment availability and times were really accommodating around our 9-5 hours. The staff were super friendly. They even called our Gender Reveal cake maker to save us a journey with the envelope. They went above and beyond for us. We have been twice now during this pregnancy and will definitely be back :)

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, we were called into our appointment 10 minutes early, the scan was very in-depth & were happy to answer and questions we had, we also got a free 4D viewing, which we could print for free. Would highly recommend & we will be returning for a scan later on in the pregnancy.

I've had 4 scans with Window To The Womb now and with each visit we have been greeted so warmly. The girls there are lovely and very welcoming. The sonographer is very professional and efficient and has put our minds at ease every time, answering any questions we have to the best of his ability. No heartbeat could be detected on our first scan as it was too early, so on our next visit they made sure only mother and partner went in first to make sure everything was ok before friends and family were allowed in which was very professional in my opinion. The place itself is ideal with each area nicely sectioned off. There are also plenty of seats in the waiting area. They also have lots of different items you can buy as added extras like heartbeat bears, teddies, balloons, scan picture magnets, frames and hand and feet moulds. They offer a wide range of scan packages which are fully explained on their website. You may also be given money off vouchers for your next scan with them. If you're looking to get a scan, this is the place to go.

We’ve been here for two scans for our first baby and the experience has been great both times. Really good to come for a bit of reassurance. You get a loyalty card and discounts off your next scan. Visited yesterday for a early scan due to recurrent miscarriages, from the moment you walk in you are made to feel welcome and relaxed by the staff. The scan was very professional and reasurring was made to feel very comfortable. I did get abit upset but tears of happiness when i saw my little baby on the screen, Molly was very understanding and friendly and made me feel very comfortable with it all. I now feel like I can relax now and enjoy my pregnancy, I'll. Definitely be back for a gender scan all being well. Thank you

We came here initially as we were very anxious having previously had a loss. We met Jodie on reception who has been warm and welcoming and reassuring to us both every time. We have had 4 scans here and Jodie goes above and beyond to make me and my partner feel comfotable and special. Had a brill experience last night at window to womb in bilston. We attended for a fetal health scan as the hospital told us alot of the measurements wernt as expected and was told to come back next week to see consultant with no explanation on anything. So I booked here with the hope of getting some better answers regarding my babys health. They where great from the moment of booking right through to end of the scan. We managed to get some great pictures for once and we where made to feel so at ease and was reassured that all was fine and measurements were what they were meant to be. Cannot fault this place. Even with covid-19 in full swing they managed to deliver a great but also safe experience. Was great to also have my partner there as not allowed at the hospital Thanks so much window to womb 😀

Me and my partner had a lovely experience at window to the womb today getting to see our baby for the first time together. The ladies there are lovely, friendly and put you at ease as soon as you walk through the door. I must say a big thank you for being so accommodating to us. After a covid scare we changed out inital appointment time to a later appointment, then the ladies were even more accommodating as they were able to change the late visit time to an early one to help me out, so greatful.

Booked a scan so hubby could see baby as he's not been allowed to any scans due to covid. Staff were friendly, whole place was super clean, lots of social distancing measures in place. The scan felt a lot more "luxury" than the NHS scan. The radiologist took her time and showed us everything, even baby having a drink! Got lots of lovely images and a few in 4D too which was nice.

Over the moon for the second time with my scan! Booked a 4D at 32 weeks + 4 days in hopes of seeing my son's face and without a doubt the girls were able to do so. Had an appointment today and honestly cannot rate this place enough! From start to finish the experience was just magical! All of the staff were fab and the sonographer took her time to explain to us where the baby was situated etc and even though our baby was being naughty with her legs crossed she still persisted to find out the gender for us! I've actually been to window to the womb 3 different occasions, late last year we actually had a miscarriage and window to the womb confirmed it for us as we just wanted to know and didn't want to wait on the hospital. But today we went for a gender scan. We have a daughter already and due to 3 miscarriages since we had our daughter we thought may be we can't have boys and that's just what we have always thought, well today we had amazing news that we are actually having a little boy! Window to the womb bilston are so great make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk through the door when we had our miscarriage last year they was so kind let us stay in the scan room for as long as we needed and took care of contacting the hospital for us so we didn't have to go through it but yeah we had a lovely scan today we managed to see every little bit of out little boy. Thank you to the team at window to the womb bilston.

Wow, what a wonderful place. We have had three scans at Window to the Womb in Bilston and each time the staff have always been so friendly and reassuring, especially after having bad news in a previous pregnancy before. Nothing is too much trouble and they really help to put your mind at rest. We have visited other local private places for a private scan but nothing compares to Window to the Womb. Another amazing scan with WTTW in Bilston. All of my scans have been with them from my early reassurance scan, my gender reveal & now my 4D HD scan. Images are perfect of our baby girl & everything is explained to you in depth. Thank you for making our whole experience of our first baby the best!

I had my appointment at 1:45, a family come in after me, at 1:45. And they were taken to have their scan before I was. I was left waiting in the waiting area. No explanation was provided and there was no apology for the delay. I cannot believe that they just expected me to wait whilst I was on time and someone else couldn’t be bothered to attend their appointment on time. Simply shocking service. Unbelievably rude staff and completely unprofessional and unhelpful. Update. January 2024. I had my rescan appointment today. It was at 4:30pm. I arrived at 4:20, the door was clocked and when I rang the bell a lady came to the door and asked me to come back at 4:30pm as they were on their breaks and didn’t wish to let me into the building. As she answered the door she was eating what looked like a samosa. I simply cannot believe the level of unprofessionalism of the staff. The appointment did not commence on time and I didn’t get seen until well after 4:45pm. I had to come back for an appointment as I needed to have a rescan due to the position of the baby. This is going to be my last ever visit to this branch. They are so unprofessional and rude. There is never an apology for their incredibly poor service. I have been asked to contact the manager. But this has not resulted in any form of compensation or apology either. Absolutely terrible service.
