Complete waste of time. My brother was taken in by ambulance, has been here all day, 8am its 9pm not even seen a doctor joke of a place.

The woman I spoke to at 11.49 today rude b.....just transferred the call to urgent care as I needed their number, I was still talking, these older women need their head bashed against the wall, just sitting there with cups of teas giving attitude over the phone.

I had an over night stay in the royal/new cross last night. The care I received was OUTSTANDING and EXCELLENT. Doctor’s , nurses, health care assistant’s and cleaners all extremely pleasant and helpful. The hospital is spotlessly clean EVERYWHERE inside and out in the grounds. I was almost pleased to have visited! Can’t thank them enough. Brilliant well educated and polite and professional staff. Thank you all 🙏🏻 Julie Reynolds. x

My wife and I where referred by own doctor to a&e. After arriving at 3.45 pm we left at 1.20am. Organisation is none . People direct by eny member of staff acting as little god's. If this is the service we pay for its time everything when private. The government should sack you all. And save money. They are only throwing money down the drain.

All staff brilliant. Working very hard to keep lots of patients happy. Not enough of them on shift though. I fear the one's working will become stressed n ill. Security lacking on some wards. Long waits for commode at night occasionally. Dignity very important. Frightened of not being able to wait long enough for one. Bless all of themx

Dr P. Bangalore (Neurology) is the worst dr ever he sends so many lame appoitnment but at the same time he cancel them what is wrong with you????

What is the point of receiving loads of appt reminders,and then they fail to keep the telephone appointment.what a waste of nhs funds and peoples time.not to mention. They havnt confirmed a cancellation.

Cannot fault a single thing, they have all been absolutely amazing.

I was carrying out some work at the Mander vaccination centre in Wolverhampton during the week, and was helped by two lovely ladies (Sandra and Alison), and just wanted to say thanks for the assistance. It’s always appreciated when you’re a contractor visiting a lot of sites. All the best.

Depends on what time you go, you could be waiting hours or minutes

Onsite pharmacy poor service. Very slow waited over 30 minutes for a prescription. No one provided an update as to delay.

Except for parking which was terrible everything was excellent, nurses and doctors were exceptional.

Excellent staff, on Durnall unit, went above and beyond duty for my wife, ! 👍

They do a difficult job. It is easy to find fault but thank goodness they are here when we need them.

Went to eye clinic at Newcross hospital, a few weeks ago as a walk in patient.... I was seen promptly by staff who were very caring, and understanding. The nurse/s gave me treatment for my eye/s and problem sorted out 5 ☆ treatment thank you 🙂👍

Went for a 20 week scan for new baby Photos of scan were 5£ for 1 10£ for 3. You can pay card or cash.

Sitting here in the waiting room for urgent care. Asked how long was told everyone here is in blue so can take 4 hours. As we wait no tv with wait times working. On top of that there is this long high pitched continous beep. Not sure how this is supposed to calm someone who is already in so much pain. #irritating

Got taken here by ambulance on Saturday night, ambulance crew and doctors and staff were amazing. Thank you to all who cared for me. 😘

I waited 4 hours and half with 2 young children to the emergency department. The place has only a few toys and books for all the children who are waiting for. How can the children get patience so many hours only standing on a chair??? Waiting for so many hours in the waiting room you are going to leave home with other diseases
