I was walking the street STARVING. Suddenly, my nose got a wiff of something absolutely DELICIOUS. For over ten minutes I wandered around following my nose. Where did it lead me? THIS PLACE! Can you believe it? They have THE best smelling tech bits I have ever experienced. I was like a golden retriever in a bone shop. Smells to the left, smells to the right! The workers, well...they smelled too...not bad...but not delicious. My favorite smell came from the lights. I don't know what kind of lights this place uses, but they really brighten the 'ol smeller. 10/10 on the smells!

I can’t recommend this place enough for tech needs. The lads in the shop are both extremely knowledgable and friendly. I walked into the shop a complete headphone novice, but looking to upgrade from my old ones. They took the time to teach me about all the differences between the headphones and I left the shop a very happy customer enjoying his new pair of WH1000XM5s. I can’t recommend this place enough the staff members I dealt with were extremely friendly and their knowledge was second to none. I’ll definitely be coming here when looking to upgrade my TV!

I love this place so much! That's saying a lot for me. Electronics are the breeding ground for mind control and manipulation, but the kind souls that work in this place just draw me in. I may be wearing three layers of foil underneath my Parka, but this place is THE place to be for all things techie. The mind control made me say that.

Where do I start! Cancelled my order with a major distribution company for misleading me and in my opinion mis-selling. Looked on-line which I am not too good at and found a Sony store in Wolverhampton. Fantastic people excellent service, completely professional, ordered a second T V , installed in the same professional manner. After looking online for my proposed new Sony TV, I was happy to see the Sony Centre shop in Wolverhampton stocked the tv I was looking to purchase. As a result I visited the shop to look at the tv and get a few questions answered over what was best for me. Have to say that both Tom and Jim were very friendly, helpful and very professional. This led to the new tv being ordered with a quick delivery date/installation being given. As agreed Jim turned up with our new tv and he duly installed it. Have to say given the cost of the smart tv I would not have been able to set up the tv like Jim did and would advise people to take up the option of installation to get the best out of the new tv and learn the basics. Definitely recommend this shop if you’re local to the area and thinking of a Sony purchase.

Excellent service received from shop staff over many years in relation to a range of products and aftersale services. Superb customer service practice that I hope would be adopted by other retail establishments. It is imperative to maintain that customer service does not end as soon as a product has been sold.

I have been using the Sony centre for over 25 years and have brought many products from them I have always found the manager to have a great knowledge of the products he sells also if there have been any technical issues with what I have bought he has always been very helpful in resolving the problems for me and will always go the extra mile to make sure I am happy

Purely excellent service, I had a problem with my WF1000XM4 headphones not connecting to my iPhone 15 pro max and even though they were out of warranty Tom gladly assisted me throughout. Would shop here again.
