Went to visit this pet shop for the first time to get my baby Amazon parrot. Really lovely pet shop .All animals were in super clean cages and very well cared for . The owners were very helpful /knowledgeable and you could see how much they care for the welfare of all the animals. I was very impressed with all the different birds /parrots available .Highly recommend this shop .

Ace company guys we got a wonderful Indian ring neck sparky over a month ago and settled in no time went today to get a new friend for our budgies and they remembered who we were and asked about how the parrot was getting on. top service anything you need whether that be food medicinal stuff or a just a new bird this is the place to go. Just remember if you’ve never had birds before and are not experienced listen to what they have to say and your birds will be absolutely fine they are the experts.

The pet shop owner is a lovely man and the business is supported by his loving family. They sell Happy and Healthy birds with/without cage, food, receipt and ownership paperwork(CITES if required). Great experience for me. Thanks for reading!

Went in to look at getting a small parrot as lost our African grey 6months ago. Staff were all very friendly & extremely knowledgeable, really caring of their birds & my on was absolutely mesmerised by them. Came home with a new beautiful addition of a friendly little parrotlet, already eating & drinking, happily chatting away to us. Will definitely go back & would highly recommend 😊

Excellent service, my beautiful baby ringneck arrived today. Was blown away by the fact she had her own little cage, water feed ect. Very well priced. Would deffinatley reccomend.

Nice little pet shop with a variety of birds.The owner is customer friendly and cares about the health & safety of the birds. He gives advice about how to care for the birds and also an information care sheet.The prices are affordable and the birds are young and healthy. I've bought 1 blue / grey love bird and my uncle bought 2 spontaneously,because he liked them so much.I would recommend this pet shop,especially if you want to buy a bird! 🐦

took a leap of faith and purchased a lineolated parakeet over the phone to be delivered to leeds, she has arrived via courier with plenty of extra food in the cage (about 5 days worth which is great as I assume my feed is a different brand sp ot will help wean her) obviously she will be a little stressed from the journey for 24 hours but she's a beautiful cobalt mauve and she's nice and big, no signs of any health issues and I'd already starting to feel at home with my other linnie it was love at first sight for them both, thank you so much for ensuring a speedy delivery and making sure she arrived with as little stress possible here she is (blue) with my 2 year old linnie as you can see she's not puffed up with stress she's just a little tired and enjoying the attention

I got a blue quaker from Jay at The Pet Shop. I ordered online without meeting the bird first in person. Not the wisest idea i know, BUT it wasn't a mistake. I'm so glad I took a chance. The bird arrived yesterday by courier very well packaged, conplete with food, sand paper, mineral block and water treatment, and a few toys id also ordered,, was calm within minutes of being in its new cage and wevwent and sat in thevgarden in the sunshine. He had a lil shower thriugh the bars of the cage and LOVED it. By last night I was able to stroke his tail through the bars of his cage and he took a little bit of cucumber from my hand by the end of the day aswell as a bed time treat. I think the bonding process will be successful. Jay has been available through WhatsApp and its reassuring to know he's just at the end of the phone if I have any questions. I totally recommend buying from these people. Thankyou SO much.

The pet shop is in the best hands so far I've no doubt about that. The staff are super knowledgeable about all the pets in their care, I've recently got my 2 baby turtles 🐢 and am so pleased. They are healthy and have clearly been handled correctly as they are so chilled and not nervous. The fish tanks are the best I have ever seen them, wouldn't go anywhere else now. Thank.you everyone

Very polite, knowledgeable and friendly business. They dealt with my request and organised everything to have my parrot delivered to my doorstep. The Bird is very healthy and alert, you can tell he has been well socialised and adjusted to everyday life. Thank you!

I had green irn from this shop 6 weeks ago after one week it died I had done everythink right apart from let it put cage so he try say that what killed him and the replacement bird he give me as lasted 5 weeks and all sudden dies again when do everythink right and had let him out after 3 weeks and he was rude when told him saying he not mug and could not refund 😢 its so sad cuz not qbout money about whats happen and now qgain have no bird very sad

This shop is amazing perfect customer service birds are amazing. I was looking for baby parolets and he managed to source me 3 got a courier service to deliver them to my front door in Glasgow Scotland, the birds are tiny and amazing and so tame. Also, for the business the customer service was great and they gave me advice and guidance for how to take care of the parrot. Dear friends, I recently purchased a ring neck parrot from the shop and unfortunately, the second day my parrot died. It turns out that the shop sells birds with diseases. I purchased 2 beautiful Quaker parrots from W Ahmed the birds are lovely. I had no problems with the seller ,very friendly arranged delivery for me and arrived on time and I know if I need any advice he will advice me I will definitely recommend to anyone else planning on getting a bird .

I can't believe the level of incompetence and disrespect I experienced with Jay at his pet shop. I purchased a blue Ringneck from him, and it died after just two weeks! When I called him to address the issue, he was incredibly rude and had the audacity to demand an additional £75 for a replacement. Reluctantly, I paid the fee, and he delivered another bird to me. Can you guess what happened? The second bird died within two days! And now, to top it all off, he has blocked my number. I am absolutely furious and warning everyone to steer clear of him. This is unacceptable and I will not be recommending him to anyone.

10 out of 10. The little parrotlet arrived after a long journey, bright, lively and curious. I was impressed by his condition then and since. For me that speaks volumes of the care he's been given in the pet shop. It was a pleasure doing business with Jay. He made it easy, was friendly and we had a bit of banter. Even taught him some Scottish words. 😁. Happily and confidently would recommend this place.

Bought 3 cold water gold fish from St John's Retail Pet Shop years ago and decided to buy 1 from this shop and in couple of days 1 week exact and all the fishes in the tank died. Now my little nephew is so upset and sad because they were is bestfriends , The owner have no manners and very rude when you contact him, I honestly going yo report them to the council for selling sick pets to people.
