I had an issue with an experience at this store. The owner Johnny was right on it. She remedied the situation right after it happened and made sure I was a satisfied customer. And I was. Their product is delicious and store seemed very clean. I will be returning.

It was love at first knot. Best pretzels, best customer service. Phil and team at the Lake Ronkokoma location are amazing!! Drove all the way from Connecticut for the fantastic party platters! The pretzels, combined with the sunset cruise on the Freeport Taxi, made for a salty fun night. Run…don’t walk..and get these for your next party. THANKS PHIL!

A must stop for me whenever we’re in NY visiting family back home on Long Island. The pretzels here are consistently soft and delicious. And I stress consistently. If you go here, they will be good. The pretzels at hot dog carts all over the city, and stadiums all over the country, just aren’t good anymore. They’re usually thin, dry, hard, stale, and tasteless. These are the exact opposite. They’re perfect every time. And less than half the price vs carts in the city for the same amount of pretzel.

Disappointing experience. I called during the week to see about placing an order for 100 pretzels on Sunday for a function. I was told they close at 4PM and I should be in at least 30 min prior to get them. I stopped in at 2:30 (well more that 30 min) and I was told they could not accommodate me. I explained what I was told and the kid behind the counter said "I dunno what you want, we won't do it" They had about 200 pretzels left and when I asked if I could take 1/2 they said they needed them and I could only have 25. Lucky for me another shop took care of my order quickly.

Live down the block. Tried for the first time. It was honestly disappointing. Might be great for parties but doesn’t get enough foot traffic to keep the pre made items soft and pleasant. My daughter had the pretzel dog bites. They were hard and not fresh. Same for Philly bites. Service was friendly and the dips were good.

The dips were really good but the pretzels were cold and hard. I ordered the 5 pretzels and a small cup of rivets to try as o was thinking about doing a big catering order with them. Now I will probably look elsewhere. I’m not expecting hot pretzels when they are being delivered but at least semi warm

Hit or miss. When they first came out in Bellmore the pretzels were great, but in recent times they can be good or not good, but never really great. Not sure why. But also, the last several times I went they were closed, and I realized they close at 4pm on a Sunday… yes on Football Sunday they close at 4:00. So when I have company over and would like to get a platter, I would have to go early and keep the pretzels for a few hours to get cold before company arrives. Why on earth of all days would you choose to close early on Sunday? Anyway, I still like them, but wish they were open later, and wish there was better consistency with the quality.

Dina. Lisa. I’ve been coming to Philly pretzel factory in Ronkonkoma since they opened. I love the way the pretzels taste. May not be the best for my health, but a treat is always nice whenever I come. The people here are friendly and helpful. If you want a special treat, come on Wednesday and you’ll meet two of the best people around. Dina and Lisa have the energy and the positivity to just make your day. You walk out of here with some good pretzels and a smile on your face and in your heart. I highly recommend coming here. 💚
