He made sure that I understood the services that was being provided for my vehicle. Very professional and personable. They lost one of my hubcaps and didn't even offer me a new set of 4 at the floral park location even when i brought it up to the on call manager on 9-14-23 between 5pm to 6:30pm. Other then that they did a good job on my wheel aliment

Harry, Alex, and the crew are top notch. Organized and welcoming. I had my struts, shocks, and brakes all done here with no complaints. Harry solved an issue with my car that I had with my Ford Escape for well over a year that three other mechanics in the area could not figure out. Will always come here for everything. Thank you!!

Went in today to change my rear brake and rotors everything went smoothly. Harry took the call and service me at the location, have to say his customer service skill was overall the best. Great and efficient service, communication in a timely manner, I stopped going to my dealer and coming here because the work and communication is better. Harry, Douglas, and mechanic are great and helped me when nobody else would. The products they sell are well priced and often come with warranty.

This is a great shop!! Harry was very helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to educate you; which is so very important! They clearly explain everything, and didn’t feel like I was being played with hidden fees; they went above and beyond with checking additional things that I didn’t come in for. Further just displaying great customer service and care!!!

Best service that I have received for my car. The staff was nothing but respectful and did a fantastic job. In particular, Chris was communicative, explained what needed to be done, and did exceptionally well with the service. He even contacted me to let me know that it was done quickly and pick up was expedited! He is a leader with his colleagues and is a great reflection of the work done at Mavis!

Wonderful customer service. They really put the discount on Mavis Discount Tires. Saved me at least $200 getting my tires and brake pads fixed and replaced. Harry is the best!!!!!
