The store itself rates 5 stars. Inventory has a nice variety and the staff is helpful and friendly. The dog washing station deserves no stars. It is located in the rear of the store apparently right next to the loading dock where truck engines and back up beeps were ongoing. Stressful for my dog and unpleasant for me. The mats that should have been on the floor were on the sink. There were 2 kinds of shampoo in large containers with pumps which squirted out all over the counter. On the counter there were several combs and brushes laid out neatly. ALL had hair in them. The dryers had been pulled out of the wall by previous customers. I was handed one small, old, hard, stained towel and had to ask for a second. This was not the experience we had at Pet Supermarket where they supply aprons, various shampoos and conditioners, as many clean fluffy towels as needed, and working dryers. Owner, if you are unable to provide a good experience for me and my dog, you might want to think about taking that pet washing station out.

I purchased and paid 89 dollars to deliver a kennel panel that costs 150 dollars and was supposed to come with clamps. The package was tossed into my driveway and without the clamps. The store told me they were "a little store" and could not provide me with clamps. They referred me to their online folks, who promptly referred me to the manufacturer, who told me they won't have the clamps in stock for 3 months?? You just don't know who you are really dealing with until you have an issue and then it all comes out. I will order the clamps from Amazon and never again do business with these clowns!!

Great all around! Not a problem, its funny too that you responded because I was actually looking at a snowblower I've been eyeballing the past week or so (LITERALLY looking as u responded!!! Lol) But getting a response from an owner/boss is amazing and a 1st for myself......also it makes me see (hopefully everybody else too) that we are paid attention to when we post things in the comments section regardless if it is a good or bad! Once again I'm surprised you acknowledged me but am extremely grateful for doing so! P.S. YOU GUYS ARE PERFECT SO DONT STOP & KEEP IT UP!!!

The manager Lisa is amazing! She is she helpful and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond for us and will for any customer! It’s what customer service should be. She even went as far as to make a personal donation to a 501c3 charity I volunteer at after a conversation about said charity! I went to the Tractor Supply while doing errands today. This is not my local store, I was very impressed with the employees who work there. The cashier was happy, kind, & very helpful. I needed assistance & she directed me to her manager, Lisa. I have to say, Lisa was extremely helpful & an absolute pleasure to speak with. While I was there, I could see how much she truly cares for her employees & her store. It shows how they all interact & makes for a wonderful shopping experience.

Nothing but the basics here. The store has a lot less variety than the other tractor supplies. Just too small for itself. Everything I get from here has to be bought online because it’s simply not stocked like it is in bigger stores

Visited Tractor Supply to purchase a barbecue/smoker that was a better deal than other area stores. They had sold out at the Middletown location, but Jodi called around to other locations to see their stock. There was one with a damaged box elsewhere, but we decided to skip that option. Returned to the store the next day as stock was due in, but still none of the model we were looking for. Lisa ordered us one promptly to be shipped to store. She also arranged to have it assembled for us. Got the call the barbecue was in and a gentleman used the forklift to help us get it into our truck. All in all very happy with the customer service provided for us, which was more personalized and less harried than other big box retailers.

The store is the best, good prices, the staff very kind and willing to help, we appreciate it. Thank you TSC Middletown NJ.

Nice products and good selection, if rating this location on that alone it would be 4 or 5 stars. Unfortunately, my experience with the sales staff is what brings this review down to 1 star. Tractor supply has company policies in place to protect its customers ensuring they receive the best pricing possible. When said policies are mentioned to the sales staff, they simply say we can't do that and or sorry but there is nothing we can do. Not to mention should you ever need to speak with this locations manager via phone, he is never available. Miraculously every time I asked to speak with him (over a 7-hour period throughout the day) he was conveniently helping other customers, and if you request that he calls you back, don't hold your breath, no return call will be made. It took a call to corporate customer relations to resolve my issue, they themselves were a little surprised this location was unaware of their own company policy. So, in short, good products, less than knowledgeable sales staff.

I called for a specific item, they had it, put it aside for me and when I got there, it was waiting for me! Thank you very much. I did walk thru the entire store, picked up another item. Well stocked and friendly staff.

Great for all sorts of stuff; dog and small animal food to tools, “country” and work clothes to dog wash room, lawn mowers and sheds. Prices are good too!!

I went into tractor supply today after I had a battery issue with my car at the Monmouth County fair. Jill and Tina just so happened to be at the fair. They are kind souls. Jill and bryan went above and beyond for me today! Thank you both very very much! Means the world to me.

Went to buy DEF for my truck. They didn't have the 5 gallon pails. But all good. Very nice store and very nice people

It was my first time there and they had the vegetable seeds I was looking for, but not much in the way of anything to plant them in. It consisted of mainly equipment and stuff hard to find in NJ like for farming and horse stables. They had expensive pet food (couldn't find a dog treat for less than $15), grills, random tools and specialty food items. They were blasting country music and I felt like I walked into Tennessee. I liked that, but I won't have much use for what they mainly supply.
