Love this Starbucks for the convenience. However, this store seems to be "on their own" from corporate. They close often due to short staffing (I think) and it is often a hit or a miss if I will be able to order from this location. The employees are always very friendly and professional but they could definitely use some extra help. This morning I waited over an hour for my mobile order as they were extremely busy and only had two people making orders.

Great atmosphere and even better coffee! One of my favorite place to reading books with cup of coffee and the staff is very helpful and diligent!

Very nice Starbucks, the crew is awesome, they learn my name by the 2 nd visit, Ian ,Malika ,Raekwon and the other employees are great. I will recommend this place for anyone traveling in trenton area just to relax, working meetings, great freelance working environment.

Always in and out of this location super fast. All of the employees are super friendly and they are spot on with the orders. Definitely worth stopping in if your in the area.

It is spacious

I went in the morning at 7:30 am. Wasn't crowded as this Starbucks is new and just opened a few weeks ago. The staff was very friendly and offered suggestions. The decor is beautiful with Trenton inspired murals on the walls. I got a gingerbread grande frappe and a cranberry scone they heated up for me. Both were delicious. It is clear they are still adjusting but I for one am very excited to have a Starbucks in this community! Update: have returned several times and am definitely seeing more people enjoying their drinks now. Preferable to dunkin nearby because I can comfortably sit down and relax for a while on a cold day.

One of my favorite Starbucks! Quite big, very comfortable with a couch 🛋️ area available, located in the historic downtown of Trenton, very cosy. The food could be better, but coffee ☕ is what we go for in the first place. Also, there is a meeting room available for customers that might need the space! What a good idea for brainstorming; genius!

Always a pleasant time and atmosphere always

Hard to order drinks, and food around the people who work in the area. The construction team, the state workers, bikers, and people making movies. But it’s all good!

Pretty busy, messed up our order

There needs to be better communication amongst the staff. One employee asked if I wanted my coffee cake toasted and then another employee told me they don't do that here. I'm confused because other Starbucks locations do it.

I ordered 2 blonde vanilla lattes. After waiting over 5 minutes only 2 drinks were made. When the barista finally made mine she dumped plain milk in my drink with no steam. I advised her a latte has steamed milk and made wrong she looked confused and didn’t understand. Needless to say I asked for a refund and will not return since they are unable to make a simple latte.

This Starbucks, Warren St., location has declined in the area of maintenance and operating hours. The restrooms, in particular, are a real challenge to use - just not clean. Additionally, this specific location has horrible operating hours. Their closing hours and holidays schedule is to regularly close early and/or they are not open. This is starkly different from any other Starbucks location that I’ve frequented.

Ben is the man, very polite and customer oriented young man. Pleased to come to this location.

As usual great coffee and nice fresh pastry. Was quiet as it was almost closing time (2pm). Shutters went down at 1:15pm😟. But recommendable!

I ordered a moca cookie crumble drink. It was more like a shake and it was very tasty. Now I prefer D&D coffee over Starbucks. But I can see myself sitting in Starbucks with my tablet and a drink waiting for the bus.

I’m always getting chai tea latte from Starbucks. My favorite so far 🤩 Haven’t tried other stuffs from them… Recommendations welcome 😇🤗

I love their double bacon cheddar breakfast sandwiches! Their blueberry scones are a huge treat!! My kids love their cake pops! My mom loves the coffee. Yes it's expensive but I'd pay more for tasty food, great service, friendly staff, spacious inside. Just great place to be

When I went there. There was one girl who was wearing a mushroom crew neck and her and I just started laughing and it made me feel comfortable. It made my day 100 times better

The women were horrible no one greeted me , no one took my order , they all moved around and just looked at me standing there and then after standing there for about almost 10 minutes and I decided to leave did they try to ask to take my order .. corporate definitely won’t like that ❤️

I ordered through Uber eats they sent me an empty wrapper and said N/A what’s this behaviour? You could’ve called me and asked to replace it with something else? There should be some manners, it’s very disrespectful

Their the BEST! Customer service at its finest. Especially at 6am ... Always welcoming with a warm, inviting smile. Be careful of going at your 15-minute break. Everyone is going at their 15-minute break with you as well. Please be patient with the staff there. Tips are welcome there. Thanks for reading my review.

NEVER coming back here again! these kids working in the front gave me the wrong order and when I confronted the lady with short curly hair about it they were laughing and told me they couldn’t do anything about it because they had so many people in drive thru! Make sure you guys check your order before you leave !

It was very small, not handicapped friendly, and I waited almost 10minutes just for a buttered bagel not toasted. The employees however were nice. Normally when I walk into a Starbucks it feels comfortable and relaxed. This Starbucks was so so small, not many options to sit, and overall just did not look like a Starbucks.

Yes it is always busy, due to all the people who work in the offices. But the staff is always great, polite and sweet. If you go there at least 3 times and you order the same thing all you have to do is pay because they know your order by heart by then.

The male associate that works during lunchtime at the register is very friendly and kind, always with a smile and respectful. Love going to this location.

It's a Starbucks, so you pretty much know what you're getting, love it or hate it. The staff at this location is always great: very friendly and pretty quick at completing your order, even when they get busy. I know this location has made a major push to train and hire Trenton residents, which is good to see. More businesses should strive for this.

A clean and convenient place to grab a coffee with a modern interior and a decent amount of seating. An extra perk of this establishment is that it features a small conference room (~10 people around a rectangular table) with a glass door entry that is free to the public for use.

Love that all the artwork inside is from local artists. 6 times out of 10, I have to send my drink back as there seems to be a disconnect when reading orders. Also vegan friends, be sure to watch the baristas like a hawk to ensure soy milk, I've had them put regular milk in my tea several times, despite paying for soy. But alas, it is Starbucks and the drinks are good, you just need to make sure it is what you ordered.

Ordered two white mocha Frappuccinos, both were made wrong by an employee who seemed to be new (since he kept asking other employees how to make them) after making them wrong I wasn’t really mad since It did seem like the guy was new. No problem i just wanted new ones... but another employee comes, ask what i did want.. so instead of making my drinks they go ahead and each have one drink and sip them down right in front of me before making drinks that i paid for... waited in total like 10-15 minutes on a slow night + the store was empty.

I've been meaning to go here for months and I'm glad I did. Unfortunately, it was during COVID so I didn't get to go to an open mic or anything. Still, the place was clean, the staff was very friendly and efficient, and the coffee was predictable. Though this location was great, I took a star off because, of the three iced vanilla lattes I ordered in the last three days (from separate coffee shops), this was the worst. Still, it's not bad. Keep up the good work!
