Poor customer service. Workers were irritable, rude and very put off by my order. One of the workers slammed my donuts one the counter before getting handed them. They didn’t have my coffee ready and had to brew more. I sat in line for 20 mins and then another 10 at the window for a mobile order. Very disorganized.

I wouldn't have felt the need to even post a review if my order had been right, but it's obviously not. And the guy working the drive thru didn't say anything about running out of sesame bagels. But also, after having 3 interactions with him, he either just has trouble focusing or he's high as hell. *shrug* The food I did get tastes great, just not what I ordered and no one said a peep about it.

Coffee is hit or miss if it's actually going to be hot. If I add an extra egg to my sandwich it's a 50/50 shot if it'll be there. The corgs are big fans of the pup cups though. Except the one time they said they were out. That was a bad day for the girls.

It's a great university! Lots of academic courses to take and plenty of friends to make.

I showed the waiter a photo I screen shot from a friend's coffee and she made it exact the same way. It was amazing delicious !!

The lady was visibly irritated when I got to the window and she tried to hand me a frozen drink when I ordered a hot one. It made me nervous to take the hot one when she remade it. ... Had I liked cold pumpkin at all I would have just taken it and saved her the trouble.

I asked for 2 drinks with no ice. So they wouldn't be watered down by the time I got home. this is what they gave me saying that's how much I get without ice. Ridiculous.

Just a little slow waiting on us. We were the only ones in store but had to wait several minutes for service.

Always very pleasant when I come through very early in the am.

Ordered a regular, dark coffee. The guy, making drinks behind the counter, emptied the pot sitting there. Rinsed it, and made a fresh one for me. No questions, I didn't have to ask if it had been sitting. It was awesome! Cold, flurries, wind...that fresh cup of coffee made my day!

So many things wrong with this specific location. All of the staff is unfriendly; will have an attitude with customers for no reason at all, every. Time.They handle food with bare hands, don't listen to requests/upcharges for dairy allergies. We will travel the extra distance to the location in Steubenville or Weirton.

There is no reason a drive through should have cars waiting 20-25 minutes. They need to get their act together because this is a frequent problem. Update: still not properly staffed in December of 2023.
