Good attitude to guests, cleaning on demand, water was included in the price, good location: 10 minutes to the store, 5 minutes to the ocean. When checking in, specify immediately what is included in the price (for example, use of the kitchen, etc.). Thanks for the hospitality. We liked :)

Very like this place! Stayed here for one month. Quiet, new AC, hot water, shared restaurant and kitchen with big fridge, gas stove, toaster, blender. Fiber internet with ups, small fridge and kettle in the room. 5 min walk to the ocean, 10 min to the food city supermarket. Very friendly owner Uditha and his helper Peshan - always ready to help for various issues!

Villa was opened a month ago so everything is new here. Hosts are doing their best to provide european service above medium level and have very friendly approach towards guests. We can say only pros about this place: - Room is cool even if A/C and fan are off - Beds are as comfortable as in famous hotels, linen is clean - There are enough plugs and extra extention cord to charge all your devices - There are coffee table and kettle with tea/coffee set in the room - No insects - Bathroom set up is nice - Water in bathroom is not cold - Nice kitchen area is well equipped with all necessary stuff (fridge, cooker, toaster, blender, plates, etc.) -Wi-Fi is good - Location is perfect (ATM, bus station, food stores, local fast food spots are up to 5 min walk, main surf spot is 10 min walk)

Very nice place

The location is idyllic insulated from the buzz of the town. The beach is only a short distance by walk. The Railway Station too is at walkable distance. The place is spic and span and the highlight is that it is maintained by educated and highly affable and considerate couple who provide personalized service to the guests.

Perfect stay. You have everything that you need here. The care taker is very helpful and would provide everything that you need. Very clean and hygienic.Would definitely recommend to everyone.
