I stayed at Sanath Bey's house for about a one and half month with my friends. In this sense, I can share my experiences as follows; Pluses: -The location of the house is in a really nice place, as calm as possible and a house with a beautiful garden. -There is a work desk in the rooms, there is also a dining/study desk in the living room where you can work with your friends. -If you are a digital nomad, Mr. Sanath helped us with the internet and we were able to work online with 5 people from home. -All equipment for cooking is available in the kitchen. -You can rent scooters at the villa if you wish. -You can reach the supermarket and fruit shops in 6 minutes, and you can reach the main beach in 8 minutes. (with 'scooter') -There is water purification at home, so you do not need to buy drinking water. -AC is available in every room. Can be improved (suggestions): -The dishwasher is an essential element in a really long stay. -Products can be renewed due to long-term use in the kitchen. e.g. pan In general, we collected very good memories. I suggest you to stay in there. P.S: Two of the rooms face the back garden and are the same size. These rooms use the same toilet/bathroom. The upstairs room is bigger, has its own toilet/bathroom and balcony. Therefore, when renting with friends, you should consider that the upper room is larger than the lower two rooms.

Spent 3 wonderful weeks in Dinoos house. Host is very friendly and responsive. Everything what we needed were in the house. Very calm villa with lots of animals around. Was amazing been watching monkeys from our balcony. The bathroom on the ground floor isn’t in the perfect condition but the others rooms were ok. We could cook in the kitchen, used BBQ grill, did smoothies. Suggest Dinoos’s house.

A fantastic home from home experience in a wonderful environment!

We spent 3 wonderful weeks at this place. The host is very kind, friendly and responsive. He helped us with many things there: renting bikes, transfer organization, cleaning the house (the price was included in the house rent), money exchange at very good rate. The house had everything we needed: a washing machine, a stove and a grill. There is only one air conditioner in a master room. Other rooms have just fans. The house is located 1km away from ocean. So it wasn’t hot there at all. I strongly recommend to rent the Dinoos villa if you want to have an excellent rest in Sri Lanka!

Nice house with everything you would need. Big space, minimalistic decorations. Beautiful garden with monkeys jumping on the trees which you can observe from the big terasse. We've stayed for a week and there was enough of supplies of all kinds. Owner speaking English well so could explain a lot about the area and Sri Lanka in general. Beware of homeless dogs - one liked us and was hanging around all the time trying to steal our slippers. There's a mosque nearby and the singing is quite loud and it happens during the night as well so having ear plugs will help you here.

Simply live with the serenity of the Nature, Most required facilities like Fibre and 4G LTE high speed internet gor online work. 10 minutes walk to the surf center. Generator backup power for electricity failure situations.

Spend 3 months here with my friends, everything was great!

We lived here for 3 months. A great villa with a wonderful owner. He is very responsive and hospitable. The layout of the house is not typical for Sri Lanka: the high ceiling in the living room does not press and gives a lot of space. I definitely recommend this place!
