The vibe was great with card games to play and a beautiful view of the sunset! The staff was very attentive and helpful. The food was tasty, but a little overpriced and not very authentic. Overall we enjoyed the experience!

Great little (almost hidden) rooftop venue along the main road in weligama, overlooking the coast line, you can get your favourite Thai dishes here. Very tasty food with a good choice selection. Very friendly and helpful staff in a comfortable setting, providing a laid back, cosy atmosphere

We have been there 2 times and every time had a great vegetarian meals! Tom Yam was delicious and all food was served pretty fast. It’s not as spicy as in Thailand but still full of flavour and tasty. Will come again!

Their food is absolutely amazing! So much better than I anticipated. It is definitely authentic to their nationality. I had lunch there yesterday Kavi suggested the butter Thai chicken it was very tasteful and seasoned to perfection!!! The service was exceptionally good. Awesome view as well. Will definitely dine here again. Thanks

We have been away from Thailand for six months, and this place is a refreshing and pleasant taste of our favorites. They pay a lot of attention to the details... the service is great, the atmosphere is pleasant and airy and cool, and the food is as traditional Thai as we have had anywhere out of Thailand itself. Always enjoy it here!

Great portion and love the summer roll. Pad Thai was average but in a good portion size.

The pad Thai was inedible . When I asked for salt to try and improve the taste , they send they had none ! No fish sauce either , how is it possible to be a Thai restaurant with neither of those ingredients .

Really wanted to like it. Wish it was better. Sorry. Taste your food, you will know how to fix it. Curry was way, way too salty. I have to believe it had too much curry paste. Veg was just soy sauce and Maggi.. Fine, but salty and not authentic. Other food flaws.. Boring, TLDR. Anyway, environment was lovely, staff was very helpful and nice, all other aspects were pleasant. Portions were great for type of food and area. All is on the right track. But, Wish the food could have more attention. It was... Not good.

Worth the visit! Staff were extremely professional & hospitable. The food was authentic and fresh and the flavours in each dish were perfectly balanced. Glad we stopped by!

I was the first to arrive for dinner, but that didn’t bother me. The staff were very attentive and friendly and keen to offer advice on dishes. I had three courses and a beer for just over 5000 Rupees. Thoroughly enjoyed and as it’s close to my hotel, I imagine I’ll be back throughout the rest of my trip.

I recently visited Bangkok Kitchen in Weligama and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. First off, the directions provided by Google Maps were spot on and led me right to the restaurant without any issues. The interface was also very easy to use and I was able to easily search for the restaurant's location and save it for later. When I arrived at Bangkok Kitchen, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The decor was modern and stylish, and the staff were friendly and attentive. I ordered the green curry chicken and was blown away by the flavors and quality of the dish. The portion size was generous and I left feeling completely satisfied. I also appreciated the additional features offered by Google Maps, such as the ability to read reviews and see photos from other users. This helped me make an informed decision about visiting Bangkok Kitchen, and I was not disappointed.

Best Thai food I’ve had outside of Thailand! Prices and portions are great, the staff is very sweet and the cocktails were also amazing!

Great food and very good value. We particularly enjoyed the Tom Yam soup and Pad Krapow. Really tasty and such different flavors from other places around here. Will definitely come back ☺️

We discovered this restaurant with a view on the sea which seduced us by its decoration and the warm welcome! The dishes made us travel to Thailand that we know well, we found all the flavors and a knowledge as good as there! Approaching 3pm, we went up one floor to the Suzy Wong where the surprising decor ( too beautiful ! ) and the "happy hour" allowed us to enjoy one of the cocktails proposed by an outstanding barmaid! Succulent! A real moment of happiness!

Delicious hand cut chips. Cracking Sesame prawn toast with a home made chilli nut dip. And most of all the views are to die for. And you have a choice of 2 roof top bars.

Traditional Thai food in a great atmosphere. Roof top seaview restaurant, perfect for watch the surfers and sunset. Highly recommended!

Cooked with passion and love 🥰 The pad Thai was amazing 🤤 and the stir fry with Thai basil was also very tasty! Could have done with a little less rice and little bit more vegetable for us on the last dish, but still delicious 😋 The staff is super friendly and want to give you the best they can. Super happy that we found this place ❤️
