Delicious home cooked food, although dishes came out one at a time with a wait, the quality was amazing. Nick has the pictured rice and vegetables lots of veg options all tasty, loved the poppadom. I had vegetarian kottu omg, this is a roti torta cut into strips and fried with vegetables. So good! I put too much soya sauce on but it was delicious without. Thanks

A little gem not many people know about. It's a family run business and it shows that care about the service they provide. Meals are inexpensive and portions are amazing. The staff is extremely friendly and and are happy to talk and play carrom with you.

Everything we ate was delicious. The guys were very attentive and the women in the kitchen very sweet. After 10 days in Weligama, we were so happy to finally find a more economic place to eat where you can actually get the quality. Coming tomorrow for a breakfast:)

Veeeery good coconut roti with dhal and sambol, the portion is huge and definitely worth the price. Watermelon lassi is also something 🤤🍉

Very nice staff and delicious food! Convenient location and great to stop by on the way home. I advise you to try the local coffee and burgers. And also a lot of vegetarian food, which is important to me. I would like to add faalafel and vegetable burger patties to the menu, it would be even better. Thanks for the delicious meals!

We ate the curry and devilled seafood . Both were not nice and lacked flavour. Price was also rather high. Seafood did not taste fresh

The owner Anu is a really nice guy as are all of his family but the chicken burger is to die for really tasty and the fries are perfect have to say one of the best burger fries and coke I've eaten as Arni says " I'll be back"

Excellent local food (probably best local in weligama), super friendly, definitely go here!

We decided to try Meyola because of good Google reviews. But it was a total disappointment. Overrated place. And overpriced as well. 1800 LRS for a cold and tiny chicken burger even without any sides. Also we were waiting for about 40 minutes, while the restaurant was empty, only 3 of us were waiting. Staff are friendly and good guys, but that kind of food doesn’t cost this money. We’ve been in Weligama for a long time, so we know the real local prices and real quality. And Meyola doesn’t match my expectations at all. Nothing personal, just my honest opinion. P.s. we got a little discount because we said the burgers were cold. It saved the situation a little bit. That’s why I put 2 stars and not 1. But in the whole guys it’s not good at all. Either make the food better or prices lower. Peace ✌️

I ate in Meyola a week ago- and still the best curry&rice that I had here in Sri Lanka:) It was super fresh, very tasty, big portion. They took care of the mosquitos around so it was nice to sit there and chill as well. The prices are fair and the service was very respecting and fun. I very recommend you to go there :)

Average local food for a slightly higher tourist price. So far still ok, but I have the feeling that the guys make fun of you and ape you. For me the worst local food experience in Sri Lanka.

The food was so tasty and large portions! Staff was friendly and we liked the restaurants decoration and atmosphere! Recommend for everyone who likes great food!
