Good food for a good price. We had a delicious butter chicken and a spicy chicken chopsuey which was ok. The place does not look super nice, but it seems to be more a place to take the food to go.

Best mixed fried rice in the area

Visited for Lunch. Clean space, nice arrangement. Tasty food. Takeaway Available, We had rice and curry, Fried rice and other items also availabe. Walking distance to railway station.

The food here may be good (though pretty overpriced for a local restaurant) however the service was my main problem. Having lived in Sri Lanka for 3 years I’m used to getting charged foreigner prices but I have never before been in a restaurant where they have broken down the charge on the bill between me and my local friend who both had exactly the same meal and charged me extra for my bottle of coke and my boiled egg because of the colour of my skin. If you want to charge extra you should be more subtle!!

One of the people who ordered something chicken. And one piece of chicken fell on the ground and they still put it in the takeaway pack. About my order, after waiting for more than 15 minutes they said they can’t make it as there’s not enough helpers in the kitchen they said. So it was all fine. But there were a foreign couple who ordered the exact vege dish as I did and they prepared the order for them. Can imagine as they charge extra from tourists. Such a shame. Only thinking about the money. Used to be a good place.

Today I bought mixed fried rice worth Rs. 1500 (takeaway). While preparing the rice, the waiters are laughing at customers (girls) and looking at them in an inappropriate way. When we ate the fried rice, we found all the sea sand in Weligama Sea. 😁 Chilli paste can't even be eaten. Bad smell. You have A-grade ratings. What the hell are you guys doing? How people eat these foods

Great local food at great price the al a carte menu is a little more pricey than the buffet but it guarantees your food is hot whatever time you go. We ate here pretty much everyday we were in weligama. The staff are lovely and the bakery downstairs also sells great produce if your looking for good, cheap and local food this is it.

Cozy local restaurant. Medium quality, but low prices and fast serving. Scrimps were overcooked and not cleaned. Noodles - pretty fine.

The service and food were absolutely disgusting. The food seemed unhygienic; the person who cooked the mixed rice literally touched it with dirty hands. The food is definitely not worth the price.
