I must say it was great and I recommend this hotel. I spent more than two days to choose this hotel and checked the nearby hotels, and now after the experience of staying in this hotel, I can confidently say that it was a good choice. The hotel staff were very polite and kind. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. Had a hearty breakfast. The view of the rooms was to the pool and also to the palm trees in front of which the peacocks came around at sunset and made the view more beautiful.

We stayed over NYE - it was also perfect that it was not directly on the beach. As that was very noisy for many days and night! Would highly recommend to anyone!

We stayed for a week and had a lovely time, this is a family run hotel and we were made to feel part of that family. Particularly on our last day which was Tamil new year, we were invited to join the family and staff for their new year celebration ceremony which was incredibly special. The staff are super helpful if you ask for anything. We stayed during the economic crisis when there were daily power cuts, but the hotel has a generator to keep things running so we barely noticed it. We had an issue with the shower where water flow stopped a couple of times but this was because of the power cuts damaging a pump and the staff fixed it as quickly as possible once we alerted them. Breakfast was superb every day, a variety of traditional dishes served buffet style and changed each day, fruit platters and toast daily and eggs cooked fresh anyway you like by the staff. The guys running the buffet did an excellent job as it was extremely busy breakfast time with two school surf groups staying while we were there. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels, linen and water. It is simple but modern with very comfy beds, a few minor paint jobs are due to keep things looking their best. The pool area is fantastic, and pool bar with snacks and drinks available. If you want hot food the staff will accommodate this too! 100% recommend this hotel to anyone.

Several rooms have visible mold growth right above the bed. Mold traces are covered up until the next complaint. Staff couldn’t give a clear answer what will be used for cleaning - first they claim it’s chlorine, next moment it’s a natural solution based on vinegar. In any case the infected room should not be available for booking, but looks like it’s more important to generate profit.

The rooms are differently done up and are good.. however, the rooms we stayed in, had only a transparent glass door between the toilet and the room which is quite weird.. also, we definitely need more plug points with asian pins (round pins) at accessible places in the room. The staff and service are very polite and good. It's located close to the main beach in Mirissa and has a good pool along with a poolside bar. The place is generally very quiet with the only sounds being from the peacocks roaming around the nearby lands

The hotel is amazing The team is so caring, the manager is an amazing woman that really cares for the guests They have great breakfast, the room are clean, well decorated, the pool is amazing It's close to the beach and the main road I really enjoyed staying with them I come back to the hotel, the hotel is amazing but the SPA is Horrible!!!!! Very dirty, they don't even put sheets on the bed!!!!! The service is not professional, I felt that the therapist doesn't have training Very bed experience:(((((((

A little gem. A walk to the beach which was fine. No lifts but the staff carried my case. Room very clean. Clean towels every day. Staff amazing Breakfast was great loads of choice

We spent 2 nights at this place and we had a great experience! Clean place, service was very helpful, always willing to help us out. SPECIAL MENTION: In the resort there is a spa, I went there once a day and I tried different massages and steam bath. It was by far the best spa experience we had here, staff was aabsolutely competent and helpful. The facility is very clean. Overall experience: highly recommended place!

Great hotel, very kind service and peaceful pool. The owner a woman who was an engineer built this place and made it really nice if you stay around Mirissa. She gives great advices, and help you to find your way trough your needs and the local culture. Stopping here was a real moment of calm and holiday. 🙏🏻

I love this place, very clean rooms, very hospitable team and the pool was decent compared to most hotels in Sri Lanka. Food was basic but still worth it as the location is close to the beach!

Great value for price accommodation in Mirissa. The staff was absolutely delightful, helpful and incredibly friendly. They arranged for a bargain airport transfer for me and also, since I was only traveling at night way after check out, they offered me a room just for an hour to take a shower and repack my suitcase. I got a free upgrade through Genius on Booking and the room was really great: big, comfortable, unbeatable for this price!

Liked the hotel very much. Lived here for four days. Wonderful, kind and caring staff. Cleanliness, delicious breakfast. Monkeys and peacocks run around. To the sea 5 minutes walk. Convenient location, near Food City supermarket. Cafe, spa. The hosts organized a taxi for us to Colombo cheaper than through the PickMe application. We will definitely get back to you. We loved this hotel so much. We were a group of 5 adults & 2 young childrens, it was perfect for the kids too. We extend our visit to a week because everything was perfect. Kind, caring and wonderful staff that make you feel comfortable. Such great hosts, the kindest people working in this place. Clean rooms, perfect breakfast. Monkeys & peacocks run around the pool. Beautiful design of the hotel with a great location, to the beach is only 5 minutes walk. Convenient location, near Food City supermarket. Cafe, spa. Also the hotel can order a tuktuk for you to go wherever you want. Would highly recommend to anyone! We will definitely be back

The team was very friendly and supporting. +++ First comment Just arrived...The entrance and the pool area looks great. But the room we got is fully mouldy. Have a look to the pics. It's a very good place. Old house convert to a Villa . They have 12 Spacious Rooms. Rate is very Reasonable. Swimming pool available. They serve All three meals. You can decide whether you need FB, HB or BB. According to your wish Rate will varie. Staff is friendly and Nice and very welcome the guests. I wish them too All the Very Best.

Very friendly, the rooms are really really clean, beds are comfy. They Could improve the cocktails, though. Everything else was great. Food is tasty, the beach is near, 5/5

I cannot recommend this hotel enough for anyone staying in Mirissa. The rooms were really well designed with modern bathrooms and comfortable beds. Everything was extremely clean and staff were very welcoming. The pictures of the pool do not do it justice - probably the nicest hotel pool we have used in 8 weeks of staying in Sri Lanka. There is also a small bar next to the pool offering cocktails and juices. It is a 2 minute walk to Mirissa beach. We got the breakfast included option and paid a very reasonable price for our stay. Thank you!
