  We stayed for a week and had a lovely time, this is a family run hotel and we were made to feel part of that family. Particularly on our last day which was Tamil new year, we were invited to join the family and staff for their new year celebration ceremony which was incredibly special. The staff are super helpful if you ask for anything. We stayed during the economic crisis when there were daily power cuts, but the hotel has a generator to keep things running so we barely noticed it. We had an issue with the shower where water flow stopped a couple of times but this was because of the power cuts damaging a pump and the staff fixed it as quickly as possible once we alerted them. Breakfast was superb every day, a variety of traditional dishes served buffet style and changed each day, fruit platters and toast daily and eggs cooked fresh anyway you like by the staff. The guys running the buffet did an excellent job as it was extremely busy breakfast time with two school surf groups staying while we were there. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels, linen and water. It is simple but modern with very comfy beds, a few minor paint jobs are due to keep things looking their best. The pool area is fantastic, and pool bar with snacks and drinks available. If you want hot food the staff will accommodate this too! 100% recommend this hotel to anyone.

  I cannot recommend this hotel enough for anyone staying in Mirissa. The rooms were really well designed with modern bathrooms and comfortable beds. Everything was extremely clean and staff were very welcoming. The pictures of the pool do not do it justice - probably the nicest hotel pool we have used in 8 weeks of staying in Sri Lanka. There is also a small bar next to the pool offering cocktails and juices. It is a 2 minute walk to Mirissa beach. We got the breakfast included option and paid a very reasonable price for our stay. Thank you!

  Very friendly, the rooms are really really clean, beds are comfy. They Could improve the cocktails, though. Everything else was great. Food is tasty, the beach is near, 5/5

  It's a very good place. Old house convert to a Villa . They have 12 Spacious Rooms. Rate is very Reasonable. Swimming pool available. They serve All three meals. You can decide whether you need FB, HB or BB. According to your wish Rate will varie. Staff is friendly and Nice and very welcome the guests. I wish them too All the Very Best.

  Good hotel. We spend a good holidays in this hotel. Friendly staff. Quiet rooms. Pool with a relaxing zone. Few minutes walk to the beach.

  Amazing place with such great hosts - the kindest people looking after this place. Really beautiful design of the property - and perfect location to get to all the beaches and explore. We stayed over NYE - it was also perfect that it was not directly on the beach. As that was very noisy for many days and night! Would highly recommend to anyone!

  We loved this hotel so much. We were a group of 5 adults & 2 young childrens, it was perfect for the kids too. We extend our visit to a week because everything was perfect. Kind, caring and wonderful staff that make you feel comfortable. Such great hosts, the kindest people working in this place. Clean rooms, perfect breakfast. Monkeys & peacocks run around the pool. Beautiful design of the hotel with a great location, to the beach is only 5 minutes walk. Convenient location, near Food City supermarket. Cafe, spa. Also the hotel can order a tuktuk for you to go wherever you want. Would highly recommend to anyone! We will definitely be back

  Liked the hotel very much. Lived here for four days. Wonderful, kind and caring staff. Cleanliness, delicious breakfast. Monkeys and peacocks run around. To the sea 5 minutes walk. Convenient location, near Food City supermarket. Cafe, spa. The hosts organized a taxi for us to Colombo cheaper than through the PickMe application. We will definitely get back to you.   Great value for price accommodation in Mirissa. The staff was absolutely delightful, helpful and incredibly friendly. They arranged for a bargain airport transfer for me and also, since I was only traveling at night way after check out, they offered me a room just for an hour to take a shower and repack my suitcase. I got a free upgrade through Genius on Booking and the room was really great: big, comfortable, unbeatable for this price!

  +++ Additional The day after the hotel management gave us another room what was an upgrade and very nice. They told us that they will renovate the room what we good earlier. The team was very friendly and supporting. +++ First comment Just arrived...The entrance and the pool area looks great. But the room we got is fully mouldy. Have a look to the pics. Asked for another room no response... Let's see
