This hotel does not exisit anymore and should be remove from Google maps. They accepted our booking but we arrived and it’s looks like it’s been shut for many years. Please remove from Google asap.

The hotel itself has a huge potential and a perfect location. The views from the rooms, restaurant or just the area are stunning. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. What needs improvements is the hotel itself- it needs more maintenance and renovations. The locks of the door or balcony are rusted and the balcony can not be fully closed. The bed is comfortable but the nets around it are old, some parts are broken. Breakfasts were very tasty but the Sri Lankan style breakfast has to be ordered 1 day in advance.

We had a bad experience here. Ants in the room ate us alive. Electricity turns off suddenly. Old rusty furniture. Electric sockets are so low and mattress is soooo high so the charger wire of my phone doesn't reach and i have to pick it up from the floor if it fall. Like literally I have to get out of this high bed and climb it again just to fix the problem. The water flow was sooo weak and no hot water til the day before we left. A lot flies. The pillow cover stinks! No reception staff almost all the time. The breakfast is average to low, no dinner or lunch available even paid. The only good thing is the view. And pool view. Otherwise it's not value to 132$ for two nights.

It’s a hidden gem with sea front room yet tucked away perfect for those who likes to stay in peaceful quiet place with 20 steps away from the beach & surf spot. Room is stylishly decorated with original authentic charm. I’d stay here again.

Beach resort directly on the Mariska beach. Quick 10 minute walk to harbour for Whale watching tours. Very friendly and helpful staff. Yummy food.

Pretty decent Our stay in this hotel was pretty decent. We liked the complimentary breakfast with changing menus. The staffs are polite and helpful. Wifi service is good. Room service is superb.

Really had a nice journey here. This is a top class hotel in Mirissa. The staff is very friendly. The view is amazing. Close to the beach and has amazing views from the terrace. We went for a private dinner and the food was excellent as was the service. One of the most comfortable, cozy and exclusive resort in Mirissa. Highly recommended.
