The chef and receptionist were very friendly and professional however, the owner of the hotel, he have no idea whatsoever about hospitality and tourism. All he cares about is money. The one star I'm giving is because of the manager and his unprofessionalism. If you're considering to book from here, there is another hotel right next to this one which is much better in every way. ie- better price, better view, better pool and manager.

We booked this place because we found ads mentionined shared kitchen, but during our stay we have been wondering wether the boss was annoyed by us using it or not. We double checked the info and realised that this service had been removed by the ad that we had read, so there might be a new, different policy about it: check before booking if the kitchen is important for you. Our room was good, the pool is ok, but should be filtered a bit better, the location is a little far from everything and the road to walk is a bit dangerous, so going to the beach, to the supermarket or to the restaurants is not a nice stroll. Internet works very well, but only in the pubblic area not in the room, where the line is absent. The woman who works there is really lovely and kind and the boy of the staff super efficient and helpful.

This place is beautiful, if you’re looking for a budget stay that is close to the beach, this is the place! It’s a 5 min walk to the beach and in the main part of mirissa town, and there is even a pool to come back a dip in if you want a more private swim. The staff are very friendly and took us to the best spots of the beach, showed us where we can get a great sunset, and took us to coconut hill. Great guidance and hospitality, will stay again next time!

Nice rooms. The owner is a very good person.The time I visited the restaurant was closed. Not a problem there are a lot of restaurants nearby. Hotel located on the land side. The beach is located in walking distance.

The food can be better. Chef seems to be learning still, but friendly and helpful. Went during off season and hence not kept up well.

The hotel has a nice clean pool and is just off the main road, making it easily accessible to the town. The staff were very friendly. And the price was fantastic. Definitely worth visiting and we would return in a heartbeat.

The hotel is no doubt newly built but it wasnt a pleasant stay there. Bed was fine but the shower in the bathroom has so less water coming out of it that it took me half an hr to only wash my hair. The management of the hotel are young guys who try their best to be nice but due to no experience they end up messing up the things. The guy at the reception makes it seems like he is your best friend but tries to rip you off in every possible way especially when he tries to charge you Rs. 500 for a pot of hot water. If you have other options in mirrisa, stay there!

Great hospitality and very close to beach

I stayed there for one night DBL/ (BB). Room size was ok. Only small window for room (sea side) . Beddings looks old. Carpets not clean. Room has smell like close long time. didn’t feel they add air freshener even. Didn’t provide any kettle , glass or water bottle or anything for the room . Tv not working, refrigerator is not working as well. Only one chai and dressing table. Bathroom was ok and clean. Hot water worked well. Swimming pool can’t use. It’s looks greenish. Breakfast was ok. No fruit or juice provided. Friendly staff.
