Stayed here for 3 nights. Reached much earlier than expected on the first day and called the owner. He got the room ready and let me check in. Helped with a slightly late check out on the last day. Haven’t experienced this in years of travelling. Rooms are very basic but clean and have AC. For the price it’s worth it. Breakfast is cooked fresh when you come down to eat by the owner. Helped with every request I had. Thanks for a great stay!!

After one month of staying in Mirissa, we found this serene place with Ac and free breakfast which has reasonable price. And I just had the best sleep after 1 month of sleepless nights. The owner is humble and works really hard. There's also restaurant inside so you can just order food with again reasonable price. The only complain is slow service but the food tastes good and would love to recommend this place! Not far from Cargills grocery and some restaurants in the main road.

Fantastic Place to stay at Weligama. its supper quite in there., rooms are fabulous and large with balcony. bed and linen was supper clean and comfortable. Washroom was clean and tidy. Hot water, air condition and everything in between was supper OK. The Owner "Janaka" ( as i remember) is a humble and flexible guy. will help you out with anything. Thank for having me there.. and looking forward to be back!

Absolutely negative experience. The owner is definitely impolite, disrespectful person, never answers his phone and WhatsApp.

Excellent value, exceptional service, extremely clean, quiet yet close to the beach and the surf schools and the city center ( about 5-10 minute walk) We began with a 10 day stay and have extended indefinitely. The owner Janaka and right hand man Chamaka ( sorry for the spelling) have bent over backwards to ensure a wonderful stay. We had issues with the internet, they provided us with our own router. We needed help getting to Colombo to extend our visas, Janaka told us how to navigate the bus system, how much Tuk Tuks should cost. Gives us travel advice. Organized our surf lessons. Now they are building a bridge to the main river for walking and boat tours to see wildlife with a local fishing Captain. 👍👍👍

Super friendly, very well received by the owner Janaka. Room was very comfortable and very peaceful area, about ten minutes walking to the beach side.
