Really enjoyed our stay at Chandima Beach Waver and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a quiet and relaxed stay in Midigama, walking distance to the beach. The host was extremely hospitable and made us feel super-comfortable from the beginning of our stay! The vibe was relaxed and clean with a well designed space to chill out. The breakfast was great and cheap compared to some places nearby.

I first spent 3 days in this hotel before coming back more than a week after my trip to Hiriketyia. Pradee is very welcoming and warm. He speaks very good English and is always smiling. The rooms are clean, spacious and the common area is very nice to relax. The restaurant is good and the fruit juices are delicious! The Wifi connection is also great! The hotel is well located, not far from the beach, cafe and some restaurants. The bus stop is very close and if you surf, rental stores are also very close. Thanks again Pradee for your kindness. I felt right at home!

Pradi is the most awesome host you could think of and is totally devoted to make the your stay as pleasant as he can. He is the kind of host who would remember your tastes and offer you the exact drink you had the evening before. He also does, hands down, the best juices in Midigama and offers the best dinner buffet in town. A great place to work, there is good internet connection and a pleasing area to sit with your laptop. Cannot recommend this place enough! Best value for money I can think of.

Super nice stay! Pradi is very kind, friendly and happy 😊 He’s passionate about food and has a great variety of delicious things he can make 😋 For breakfast until diner! He’ll make you happy ☺️ The rooms are spacious and clean and have double fans as they tend to get a little warm, but with 2 fans it’s very doable! The bathroom has all that it needs and hot water too 🙌 You can safely park your Tuktuk 🛺 or motorbikes 🏍 on the premises! He also has bicycles 🚲 for rent The place is a few minutes walk to the beach and surf spots, but in a quiet area so you can enjoy your rest and sleep well 😴 And your laundry gets done, quick, clean and dry 🙌

The best sri Lankan food I've had in midigama!! The accommodation also looks very beautiful but I haven't actually stayed here They have a buffet of many different curries every night after 6pm and wowwwwww damn the food is so good Also, the owner is extremely kind and happy Do yourself a favour and come here!

Of you are looking for a place to enjoy midigama to the fullest, beach Waver is the place to be. Pradi, the owner, is one of the Most energetic, friendly and positive People you have ever Met. He helps you with anything you need. Be it Scooter or bike rentals, surfboards, or simply Good food, he knows where to get it or does it himself…I originally booked two nights but stayed 19 nights. Make sure you try the best fruit juice in midigama at beach waver! 2 minute walk to the beach/surf spot

A chill atmosphere, a quiet and clean place and the best juices in the area... the owner Freddy is one of the kindest smiling and willing to help people I've met on the island. So do yourself a favor and visit this place to sit down for a glass of juice and chat with Freddie🍻❤️🍀

Pradee is a great host and he will do everything to make your stay as nice as possible. :) The food he cooks is amazing and will be always adjusted to your needs, the place is clean and tidy. The guesthouse is near the road, but if you get a room on the oposite side thats not a big problem.Jam sessions on Sunday night are amazing. You can also cound for many intersting facts you can lear from the owner or a help with finding local products. To sum up: Quality of this place compare to its priceis very fair :)

Best place to stay in Midigama! Freddie is super nice, kind and always smiling! In his place you can find good private rooms for a reasonable price, daily buffet and some other Sri Lankan & western food. Stayed at the place for really enjoyable 2 weeks! Much recommended.

We visited this cafe on our first day in Sri Lanka. Very cozy place) The owner is very nice, he has a charming family. I ordered fried rice because I love it so much.We were in Sri Lanka for three months. We traveled around the island on vacation: we were in Colombo, in Ella, in Kandy, in Mirissa, in Matara, everywhere, of course, we visited different restaurants, and I can say with confidence that no one cooks it better than Pradee. My husband, after every cafe, made fun of me - what, still think, that the best rice is by Pradee's? This is true))

Chill vibes, realt & tasty juices, amazing host 😍 A bit further from the main road, the beach waver is the perfect place to rest after a surf session or an intense night. The host is a beautiful person that will do everything in it's power to provide what you need and make sure you have a beautiful stay in Sri Lanka ☺️

We stayed at this place for three nights and we really liked it. It’s close to the beach and good surf spots. The room was really clean and the food was good. Can definitely recommend this place.

It's so sad that the owner treated us unrespectfully at all. Just cuz we left the fan on for 30 min while we were having breakfast, and we were doing some stretches, the guy just came really verbally aggressive towards us saying that he didn't like people like us, some other not nice stuff. He could just had given us a feedback that the fan was still on, but he choose the unrespectful way. It's a pitty for him and his business. At the end we found a much nicer place, just a few hundred meters away.

We spend 5 wonderful nights here, pradee -the owner- is the most wonderful person we met on our travels in Sri Lanka. he took care of every need we had and his cooking skills are fabulous! the rooms are clean and comfortable, if we make it to midigama again we are defiantly coming back. we highly recommend staying here!

The hotel is well located, close to the surf sport (a few minutes by walk) in a calm neighborhood not far from the center of Midigama. Rooms are clean and well equipped, including a big comfy double bed with a net, fan, and shower with hot water. For those who are working during their stay, there are desks in the rooms and WiFi is stable with a good speed. There is also an outside shower and place for drying your surf clothes. The owner, called Preddy is super friendly, talkative with good English, and always helpful and willing to take care of his guests. Guests can rent a bicycle or motorbike of good quality for a nice price. The owner can also arrange a comfortable transfer to the airport by car. Overall experience was nice and I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Booked for 1 night, but ended up staying for 6 nights. Freddy and his mascot Tikkie are great hosts. Always friendly and ready to help out where needed. The rooms have a big (quiet) fan over the bed, which makes the heat bearable. If you are looking for a budget friendly stay at a 5 minute walk from the beach, this is your go to place!

Intending to stay 3 nights, we ended up staying 3 weeks with Freddie who is the most incredible host and chef. Everyday he made us feel at home, with his amazing breakfasts, friendly smile, fantastic juices, great snacks and all round wonderful service. Don't miss out on Happy Hour, 350 for a large lion! Had the best time staying here, Freddie is an amazing host and the friendliest person. His little cat tikki was adorable and made the stay that extra bit special. Can’t recommend this place enough, cheers Freddie!!
