Yummiest tacos and nachos here. Cold beer that’s actually cold! Good music and a great view. We did get overcharged at the end of the meal though - and we had to do some maths to point out their mistake - so just make sure to double check before you leave.

We came to coconut beach for the market (market was cancelled) and ended up having dinner in funky sol, the best tacos you will eat in Sri Lanka the most amazing and hospitable service, great people, amazing place and a very fun time overall! We loved it.

I was dissapointed with our meal. With only a very limited menu of tacos and burritos I thought the dishes were going to be amazing but it was "meh". My fish taco was bland, I actually thought the fish was chicken at first as it was very dry and overcooked. The refried beans were okay but the Spanish rice under seasoned. The salsas and sauces were nice but on the small side, you have to ration them. Asked for a Mojito, but told they didn't have any. 6 tacos and 2 drinks came just shy of 10,000.

Rooftop bar with a perfect sea view. Margarithas were delicious, tacos need a bit of work, but overall we had a very good time. Defitely worth visiting, have a chat with energetic American manager who is doing a lot for local community and enjoy the view

100% my favourite place in Sri Lanka! Place is just a vibe. Music is good, sunset is great and the food is unreal. The owner is super attentive, I was traveling alone and she came and spoke to me and made me feel welcome and comfortable, felt like we had been friends for a while 😂 10/10 would go everyday if I could

Such a nice place, perfect to watch the sunset and all the surfers at Coconuts Beach! Plus food is really delicious. We went there for live music - really nice vibe. Can only recommend it!

Stumbled across this hidden gem, it has the ultimate sunset spot! We ordered our tacos and burritos and were able to take them in a basket to the beach and enjoy the sunset. Owner was incredibly hospitable and we are looking to stay a few nights now as also we discovered they had an epic surf spot and do coffee in the morning!

This is the best place I’ve been in Sri Lanka. You can even order food and take it to the beach with a beer! Truly the best vibe and best tacos on the south coast. After my visit I ended up staying in one of the beautiful rooms because the view and atmosphere is unbeatable.

Beautiful rooftop bar to watch the sunset. Private rooms are super clean and comfy, with balcony views looking over coconut beach surf break, an epic peeling left hander. Super tasty mexican food and cocktails. Epic vibe, the staff always have big smiles on their faces 😁

This place is epic! It has a rooftop bar and so also has another rooftop to watch the sunset! I love this place we came here for the Taco Tuesday and the tacos were amazing! The owner is super nice and there is a pole you can slide down from the top bar to the bar below 👇 . 10/10.

What a spot. Incredible panoramic views of coconuts surf beach, delicious tacos and the best cocktails. The staff are fun and attentive & make you feel welcome right from the start. Perfect place for a group or solo traveler. I’ll be back again & again.

Loved this place!! Such a cool vibe, the rooftop bar is a really nice spot for watching sunsets! Good menu, especially burritos, a few vegan options are also available. Totally recommend ❤️‍🔥
