The place has lost it's standard and the guy who received us was not welcoming. My room's door couldn't lock from the inside and I reported it but was told that it will be fixed in the morning I should sleep the place is safe. After I raised safety concerns I was moved to another room and the light in the bathroom wasn't working, when I said I can't stay in that room I was told I can't expect them to change me all the time for minor things. I told the guy that the attitude in unnecessary what he should do is to change the globe no big deal and he told me he can't do that. Only when I told him that I would rather cancel the booking and go somewhere then he gave me a better room. I wouldn't book again there

The air con broke everyday. The bathroom light holder was missing, the bathroom mat was thorn. The duvet cover had holes in it. The handle was broken of on one bed drawer. I could not switch off the ceiling fan and only use the light by itself. Even afer I raised the problem with reception, this was not fix.

Swimming pool green,cant swim 2 people in room only 1 glass,towel and mug.place needs repair.the barman pieter is a gem 5 star service

This place is very very nice. I attended a function here and i would recommend it to anybody. Next time i want to plan a family event i will seriously consider doing it here. Was very impressed. The owner also is very very good to his customers. Service like this, you dont just find anywhere.

4 Star bed and breakfast

This is a great place for a weekend away. It's close to town, like 5 minutes walk. Very classy, friendly stuff, nightclub and a dazzling personality of everyone assisting you. The only thing I'm not sure it has its a swimming pool.

Room 14 has only a shower with one of 2 options extremely hot or ice cold. Nothing in between. The bed is way to soft as if you are sleeping on a sponge mattress. No small towel to step onto when getting out of the shower, tiles get wet and slippery, lets not forget ice cold!! Overall horrible experience and not worth the money you pay for a night!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

The curtains are dirty and neglected, tiles cracked and broken. Sliding door with the 4 star status is dirty. The decor .... a piece of organza cloth with dried seeds, green and brown bedside lamps. Cups, teaspoons and glasses are not even the same. Glasses are dirty, do not notice watermarks DIRTY and 1 cookie in a used ziplock bag. Upon our arrival on day 2, toilet was not yet repaired, cups and glasses still in the same condition but the bed was made up. I finally got the cleaners who came to clean the place under my supervision. They brought new white towels, went to buy new bath mats ... and offered to provide the 3 nights' accommodation for free. They made an honorable effort to help ... thank you Pieter, Mavis and Monica. Will I stay here again, NO! Met aankoms was die badkamer vloer onder water en nadat ons die aangeleentheid gerapporteer het is die water opgedroog en 'n uitgerafelde en geskeurde mat voor die stort gesit. Nodeloos om te sê die vloer was die volgende oggend weer nat weens die lekkende toilet. Ons het ontvangs weereens ingelig oor die stand van sake. Die handdoeke is verby oud en uitgewas. Die gordyne is vuil en verwaarloos, teëls gekraak en stukkend. Skuifdeur met die 4 ster status is vuil. Die dekor.... 'n stuk organza lap met gedroogde sade, groen en bruin bed lampies. Bekers, teelepels en glase nie eens dieselfde nie. Glase is vuil, let wel nie watermerke nie VUIL en 1 koekie in 'n gebruikte ziplock sakkie. Met ons aankoms op dag 2, was toilet nog nie reg gemaak nie, bekers en glase nog dieselde toestand maar die bed was opgemaak. Ek het eindelik die skoonmakers gekry wat die plek kom skoonmaak het onder my toesig. Hul het nuwe wit handdoeke gebring , nuwe badmaatjies gaan koop... en aangebied het om die 3 nagte se verblyf gratis te verskaf. Hul het 'n eerbare poging aangewend om te help... dankie Pieter, Mavis en Monica. Sal ek weer hier bly, NEE!
