buffet:
Very
Disappointed.
Far
less
variety
for
much
much
higher
price
-
in
comparison
to
previous
experiences.
This
buffet
was
not
self
service
like
in
the
past.
Waiters
were
stumbling
up
and
down
to
serve
customers
in
the
queue.
No
time
to
look
what
was
available,
waiters
were
impatient
and
you
had
to
quickly
decide
what
you
wanted.
Sauces
e.g.
were
in
the
middle
of
the
counter
which
means
the
last
waiter
in
the
line
had
to
pass
customers'
plates
back
up
against
the
queue.
The
layout
of
food
was
disorganised.
Dessert
was
a
disaster.
People
had
to
wait
long
time
in
the
queue
for
chefs
to
prepare
dessert
e.g.
waffels,
while
other
customers
only
wanted
to
take
a
ready
made
bowl
of
dessert.
Some
customers
were
served
at
their
tables
with
food
while
the
rest
had
to
queue
for
long
time
??
Unbelievable!
Why?
When
we
went
back
for
a
second
helping
we
forgot
our
masks
at
the
table
and
we
were
chased
back
-
correctly
so.
The
question
is,
why
were
other
customers
in
front
of
us
and
behind
us
allowed
to
be
served
while
they
had
no
masks
????
This
is
the
kind
of
thing
that
makes
tempers
to
flair
and
then
all
kinds
of
accusations
start,
based
on
colour.
When
I
made
the
booking
on
22
Dec
I
was
told
that
I
had
to
pay
immediately
-
R225
per
person
and
no
discount
for
pensioners.
I
drove
there
and
paid
the
R225
per
person.
I
was
told
that
it
was
the
price
for
Christmas
day.
On
Christmas
day
I
was
told
that
I
had
an
outstanding
balance
of
R30
per
person.
Why
was
I
given
and
made
to
to
pay
the
wrong
amount
in
the
first
place
??
This
is
highly
unprofessional.
Sad
to
say,
Billy
G
will
not
see
me
soon.
