Surprisingly good breakfast with helpful waiters and staff. The food came hot and crispy and the bacon was yummy. Ample parking available and the atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. There is the usual children’s area and sports on all the screens.

Had ribs and wings and WOW ribs tender juicy and NOT FATTY cooked to perfection!! Wings with Durkey sauce excellent. Service was top notch even though they were busy. Well done Indiana Spur Welkom!!!!

The waitress who served us was very good unfortunately I did not know her name.

It's unfortunate that I didn't get her name but the lady who was helping us was very friendly and helped us efficiently. Even the other staff members were nice and polite.

We got great service from our waiter Morena. Very friendly and on the ball definitely worth it. The food is always delicious. And the Managers always try and give you the best experience. Morena never fails to deliver his best smile and jokes.

Worst service ever

Some guests get so drunk and out of control that it makes dining an unpleasant experience. No management in sight to control them. Only young waiters who later fuss together with the drunk ones.

We ordered two single brandy in a short glass wit coke no sugar and we make sure the waiter understand and repeat the order and what do we get two single brands in a big long glass with normal coke with sugar this is un excepted Thanks

Viby place. Friendly staff. Meals well prepared and good. Been here for breakfast and this place is abuzz. Lovely playing area for kids with supervision and cctv.

Haven't been to our local Spur for many years, but I was pleasantly surprised. The waiter was knowledgeable and made many turns at our table to ensure we were happy with the food and service. The food was really well prepared and tasty. The requested changes because of dietary requirements were made with no questions or hassles. I don't know about the other Spur restaurants, but I'll definitely recommend Indiana Spur in Welkom.

The lack of service at this franchise is quite shocking, to say the least. We were not greeted, waited too long to be seated, waited too long for our orders to be taken (they were not even busy). None of the staff seemed friendly or happy. Tragic atmosphere. Left without being helped.

Great food, only issue is children parties,2 off around me and my family. Suggestion to them, allocate a segment for kiddies party as them run ,scream and make a mess ! That makes me leave as soon as possible instead of having dessert or drinks.

The food was great, waited an hour for our food though and the restaurant wasn't packed to full capacity(covid regulations). Our waitress was nice and friendly.

Waited over 45 minutes for breakfast, when it eventually got there it was cold and the eggs looked horrible. The manager said he would attend to the incident but we didn’t see him until we walked out still hungry. Needless to say the place is poorly managed and has terrible service. The worst part is that’s not even the first time getting bad service.

I didn't like the fact that they did not have my favourite spur durky sauce for my wings. And my coffee shake tasted nothing like coffee, but more like vanilla or very weak coffee. Didn't enjoy my food at all.

Service is poor as I sit down the waiter took my order asked me what I'am going to drink I replied that I would have a coffee, couple of minutes he came back and said coffee are NOT been served after 13:00. Only soft drinks and liquor clearly discrimination against non-drinkers and the needs of the customer is not important. The table where I was seated had a filthy astray. Seems if you're a alcohol drinker and cause accidents you are welcome otherwise not.

It was way to busy to go eat there on a Sunday. The waiter brought the order but forgot some of the food meant to be on the plate. Quality of the food was great steak was good chips was hot.

Nobody at door to sanitiz or check temperature. After standing awhile in restaurant a waiter show that we can sit. Nodody came to take our order. After I decided to try to get help, luckily a waiter helped us and he was very helpful. Our bill was presented without plate, sweets!!! Realy we won't be visiting this Spur again and would really not recommend it to our friends!!

I love Indiana spur because I used to go and eat there

Had a hard time enjoying my time inside Spur, as temperature outside was 34 degrees and non existant air-conditioning inside. Was unpleasant fighting the sweat rolling of my face onto my food. When enquired about the air-conditioning, I was told it's not operational. Please fix, this has been going on for years, or better yet open up outside dining again as it will be better in this covid-19 times.

The T- bones arrived that were not T - bones at all. We're as thin as minute steaks with small bones scattered. The meat arrived and after nearly completing the meal the chips and onion rings pitched up just dumped on a cold plate! The edible part of the meat was , however, tasty. I am a big supporter of Spur and regularly eat there. This was my worst experience and for R1500 later, I would rather spend my money elsewhere.

Thamdo has exceptional service and a pleasant disposition. A very beautiful smile which makes the experience highly pleasurable and great for families all around.

The service is wonderful. We had the pleasure of being served by one of the waitresses, Thando who was lovely and interactive.
