Def a 5 star every time I come in!! I absolutely love Tanya at the Needham St location. I've been going to her for over 6+ years or actually, whenever she first started at that location. She is so gentle, knowledgeable and friendly. Love talking with her throughout my appointments!! She's the BEST!!

Sydney is wonderful. She always manages to make it seem like a visit with a friend. She is full of helpful tips and just really makes you feel as comfortable as possible.

Tatyana is the absolute best. She’s friendly and always has a smile to greet you and makes you feel comfortable. She’s professional, quick and efficient but not in a way to make you feel rushed. Definitely recommend.

I’ve been to a few EWC locations and this is one of my favorites. It’s always clean, the staff are nice, and I’m in and out in excellent time, I’m always surprised it’s so quick! I most recently saw Olga who was speedy and professional, and Patricia makes you feel right at home at reception. Talking with her feels like you’re talking to an old friend!

My Waxing Specialist Deborah was wonderful!! I have the best eyebrows ever and my legs r so smooth. At the end of my experience they gave me samples to help my skin type since im so sensitive! I highly recommend the european wax center!!!
