So delighted to have such a lovely cafe nearby the staff were lovely and helpful checking if we enjoyed our food and if we needed anything else. The atmosphere was great really chilled and the food was amazing!! Really delicious and the coffee was quality thank you will come again.

A great addition to the town. The manager and staff are really friendly and feels like a nice family place. We take our two young children here almost daily and the staff know us by name now! A relaxed setting with tasty light meals and good coffee. The chocolate muffins are the best!

Decent food and nice coffee. Customer service isn't that great though. If I'm sitting down at a table and ready to order and you've already come over to my table, you could have taken the order there, instead of telling me to get up and come to the counter to order. The menus are on the table, so the assumption is that there's table service.

Outstanding service and exceptionally friendly staff! It was my first time visiting this café, and everything was just perfect. The highlight of my experience was the marvelous pressed toast - an absolute must-try! It was deliciously prepared, with just the right balance of flavors and textures that left me utterly delighted. I definitely plan to come back soon. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a delightful culinary experience. 👍👍

Petts Wood needs a lovely cafe like Bella vita. I had a really nice lunch with my daughter- one chicken escalope panini and one Tuna melt which were both delicious. Loved the Tuna mozzarella and red onion! Good selection on menu and reasonable prices. Just a few niggles (sorry) - can you put a sign on tables to say order at counter, and please put a sign on loo door And lock was difficult so WD40 needed! Will visit again although you seemed busy and under pressure. Just a small smile when I order would help although I know you're very busy. Thanks again for a yummy lunch. See you soon.

Good coffee. Poor service. Unclear if serving hot food. Unclear not waiter service at table. No Children’s menu or willingness to accommodate a child’s portion (spaghetti bolognese). Bagel toasted but contents not heated (pulled pork cold, raw onion and cheese not melted). Hoping these are teething issues.

I come here for a coffee most days. Excellent coffee, friendly staff and great atmosphere. Food looks good too. Will be back to try!

The food and cakes (especially Red Velvet and Nutella Chocolate cake) they sell are very tasty. Friendly staff, nice local cafe.

Literally just dropped in for lunch with my partner and toddler and loved it. Great selection of hot food and sandwiches. Took a fair bit of labouring to decide what to get, but it just means I'll have to come back to try it all! Staff are all very friendly, and it's a nice relaxed atmosphere. Plenty on the menu to appeal to kids. As an added bonus, the coffee is excellent!

I treated my son to breakfast before an appointment today. The staff member was so friendly and polite, especially at that time in the morning! Food was cooked really well. Will definitely be back, thank you!

Went here on the off chance for breakfast. Ordered scrambled eggs on toast and hot chocolate. The eggs were done to my liking and the hot chocolate was really nice, not too sweet. The waitress was very polite and cheerful. Would go here again.

Best coffee in Petts Wood. Pastries always fresh. Friendly staff. Really enjoy coming to this place.
