They are totally honest and genuinely want to make the moving experience as easy and friendly as possible. Brothers Ian and Simon have been working together at Country Properties for many years and have lots of experience. They valued our property significantly higher than other Agents and achieved 3 asking price offers within 3 days of the property going on the market. They filtered the buyers out so there were no time wasters and no noseys just wanting to have a look round. They respond to emails immediately and even recommended a fantastic conveyancer. I sold a property with Country Properties Letchworth and was assisted mainly by Ian and Simon Ellmers. I must say, they were two of the nicest and most helpful people that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They were able to find a buyer who was willing to pay a fair asking price. The sale turned out to be rather difficult, partly because of information that was contained within the deeds and also because of Letchworth Garden City Heritage Foundation. However, thanks to Ian and Simon's knowledge of the local area, the sale was still able to go through reasonably quickly. The service I received was second to none. I was kept up to date at all times and was always able to communicate with them, when I needed to. They really went above and beyond what I was expecting, to help get the sale completed.
