Always lovely, friendly and helpful. We’ve been using this pharmacy for years. They had a change in ownership and I’m pleased to say the transition has been good. They are efficient and reliable when ordering prescriptions for my elderly parents….and they are always kind to them (which is one of the most important things to me)

Broadway Pharmacy combines the best of a well-run professional service with the friendly touch of a locally owned ethos. I collect a repeat prescription weekly plus all other prescriptions needed by the family. My regular prescription is always waiting for me, and when others are sent over from the GP the team works to fill it quickly. The staff recognise me and are up for a chat if there's ever a wait but maintain the professional detachment needed to maintain privacy and dignity appropriate for a service which deals with medical issues. The pharmacists are happy to help with any medical queries. My wife used to have her monthly asthma medication sent to the national retailer over in the mall but after they lost or otherwise messed up her prescription more than a half dozen times, she joined me at Broadway Pharmacy and has never looked back. If you're looking for a consistently quick and reliable prescription service from a friendly local team, then I highly recommend Broadway.

Always an excellent service from the staff, I was rung back by the pharmacist to say an item was in stock,. Even though they are so busy they have got to know me and the regular prescriptions I and my family have.
