I had been looking for a mattress and our local selection wasn't that great. Found Horsham Bedding Centre in a Google search. Excellent prices, advice and service - remotely with Alex from the other end of the country. Finally bought an Enchanted House Tiverton. Delivery went smoothly, good comms along the way. Alex couldn't have been more helpful and knowledgeable. I'll certainly buy again. The mattress is very comfortable, highly recommend

This shop has an amazing selection of beds for all budgets which is great. Having bought a £5k plus bed the delivery was problematic to say the least. Why am I writing a negative review, no follow up from the manager or anyone afterwards. Very poor customer service having spent a lot of money on a bed.

Fantastic customer service and patience from Tim at Jones and Tomlin. I spent two hours in the shop choosing my bed and he even stayed late to accommodate me. He gave good advice and at no point did I feel pressurised to make a decision and we agreed a good price for the bed I chose. I’ve had follow-up questions and made slight amendments to my order since and he dealt with this quickly efficiently and patiently. If the after sale service continues to he as good as my experience so far, I’m in good hands and they will retain me as a future customer despite my travel distance.

Very friendly and loads of knowledge. Amy was a delight. I have purchased from Horsham Bedding Centre before and would gladly do so again. With their own customer parking and the range of beds and mattresses on display, the whole experience was enjoyable and hassle free. If you have not yet tried them, give them a go. You won't be disappointed.
