Lovely host and hostess who will help you gladly. Good breakfast, nice rooms. Calm place to start and end your day after being in the busy city centre all day. Overall a great experience.

The room was really lovely, the owners are amazing, they helped us for any information we needed, they also took as at the station because of rain! Breakfast is good and the hotel is only 5 minutes from bus stop and 10 minutes from overground station! Easy to be reached, the rooms and the toilet was vrry clean and comfrotable, shared shower was also very clean! We'll return surely!

Elan and claire run a clean, friendly b & B. They are very helpful and kind. St James is very close to transport and an easy walk to the nearest shop and pub. I would recommend the st James to anyone wanting a b & B at a reasonable price......lovely people.

Probably one of the best places to stay for the price in London. Really good service and the rooms where very nice! Will definitely stay at this guest house the next time I'm in London.

Had a great experience here! Host Elan and his wife were super friendly and accommodating. The house has a nice, friendly atmosphere to it; the room was perfectly clean, and everything was in working order. Communication was great, good prices, and the guesthouse is situated near two train stations, in a nice neighborhood. I'd definitely revisit!

Stayed in this guest house twice, truly a wonderful experience! Feels very home-y. Great to be a bit further away from central London to have some peace and quiet. The hosts are so helpful with any query you may have. Beautiful kept house and garden views! Always sparkly clean in the bathrooms everyday. Grocery and tube station nearby. No issues at all. Thank you very much for being so welcoming and for the dedication taken in ensuring I have a fabulous stay.

This friendly family run B&B is excellent value. Situated in Brockley conservation area it's very quiet but also close to shops, cafe's and transport links nearby. Rooms and showers are clean.

Nice guesthouse. Friendly people. Good price/quality. Brockley station is nearby, can take the underground from there to go to the center of London.
