What an awful shopping centre. The access to the car park spirals upwards for what feels like an age. The spirals are tight with very little clearance either side of your car. The shopping centre itself looks shabby with few shops to choose from. None of the car park pay machines were working and instructions were given instructions to pay the lady in the toilets. Another walk back to the shop I'd just been to in order to find the toilets. What a fiasco on my hour lunch break.

Kettering Town centre, like many others , a faded dump of mainly charity , vape shops and empty cafes. In the middle of the afternoon the indoor shopping centre is just totally deserted , a Graveyard of retailers with desperation sale signs in the windows ignored by a society who mostly can't afford the basics. Unsustainable and Sad.

This is a shopping centre almost stuck in time in a charming ways because of the style of decor. The shops are fine, but nothing out of the normal. There's also a food market to get the fresh fruit and vegetables.

We do not visit Kettering very often, and we didn't know Newlands existed! It is nice, clean centre with a good selection of stores including H&M, T K MAXX, Boots, etc. We will go back.

We visited here as part of a Guide Dog fundraising volunteers event. It was lovely meeting the people and we got some volunteers signed up too. The Guide Dog puppies in training loved meeting the people too.

Like kettering shopping centre. Always clean and tidy with a variety of shops. Less free parking than there used to be but can usually find a space nearby

Come on Newlands Centre.. 80p an hour to park in Tanners lane, a space akin to off roading track. Absolutely disgraceful with 6ft long holes. Charging stores for parking permits as well for such poor parking. I parked there today and heard from a store about the cost you are charging for them to park. If your charging you need to up the quality... not alot... a smooth parking area isn't an over the top ask.

Not great, Kettering shopping centre has lost its appeal over the years, people generally opt for Corby or rushden lakes

Showing signs of its age. Multiple empty shops. Car park is tight and expensive so park in another carpark and walk a short distance.

Whilst visiting this centre on Monday, I witnessed an awful attack on a man by three younger lads outside HMV. The assault went on for quite some time and met with little to no response from the security team. The man was very badly injured and there was no help in sight, avoid avoid avoid!!!

It's okay if you just need to pop in to get something quick but if your after a good shopping spree then there are much better places to go. Their Christmas decorations (lack of) could be much better.

Not a lot going on in kettering anymore, sad to say. Clean and tidy with a few good stores.

Decent sized mall for a small town, has H&M, and a big Tk max store.

It's not too bad a shopping centre, with a fair mix of stores. Feels nice and spacious, airy, a nice atmosphere.

Like stepping back into the 70's at this shopping centre precinct in Kettering... but you know what..it fits the town which itself is a but shabby and dated. It has a couple of decent stores, and it does try but unfortunately after visiting this centre you feel you need a shower or to go on some sort of detox programme 😀

Not as good as it used to be. Too many closed shops and the cafe in the middle is very expensive for me now. Used to get good quality rolls cheap but more than doubled over night.

Not a bad selection of shops in here, could be better though although there's plenty of other shops in the surrounding areas.

Quite convenient but you need to have coins with you as they charge 50p to use the toilets

Quite due to the time of day and time of the month but a good and large range of shops, not many of the larger retailers but still with a visit

Kettering town has lost its appeal. Born and lived in the town for 75 years. But spend less and less time shopping there, thank goodness for WILKO a great store and well managed by Sam.

Has the shops we wanted, not the most extensive shopping centre, bus stop outside which is handy, you do have to pay to use the toilets though (20p).

Clean and tidy. Like most shopping centres, following Covid, there are a few empty shops but I can't fault the hygiene, cleanliness and clear air elements of the centre.

Not much choice for shops and a 20p charge for the toilet town in general not bad more choice outside than there is inside

The management of Newlands Shopping Centre went far beyond their call of duty when i asked if I could have a copy of the Kettering Football Club team photo. They treated me like royalty and sent security to yhe shop to remove the photograph and out of its frame and gave me two scanned copies. I was very grateful as I personally knew someone in the photograph. And it was for a special occasion. Thank you very much tobthe manager and her team for being so helpful and caring 🙏

Normal shopping centre for the locals I go to PeP & Co Poundland mostly but its the average shopping centre browse around its clean social distance is in place toilets are clean you have to pay 20p but amazing prices for car parking £1.50 for all 2 hours you can never pay that in London nice place to shop at slow pace and feel safe with helpful security

Not been to Kettering shopping for years. Pleasantly surprised, not as run down as Northampton. Don't know what the council could do as its dying slowly. Maybe take all car parking charges off my help .

Always made to feel welcome within. Huge place with many many excellent different stores inside. I especially love the Walsh's independent cobblers/key cutting/engraving etc store which has the best prices and service of the two (the other's part of a chain, which is staffed by a racist manager) found in Kettering. For instance they'll change a watch battery for you while you wait, guarantee that work for two years, and only charge you £10! Their cut keys always work. Their shoe/boot repair is talented, long lasting, effective and well priced. I have purchased many family gifts here too over the years. Highly recommended!

I am afraid shopping in Kettering was very disappointing most of the traditional shops like M and S, Burton etc have been replaced by lower quality brands or food outlets. I was hoping to buy a good pair of shoes but couldn't find a shoe shop.

Clean and tidy shopping centre for this nice town. Better than nothing. Like most shopping centres, it’s struggling due to bad business in Covid. Many shops n brand stores closed due to bad business. But still it’s surviving n serving this town.

Clean inside. Some people seemed a bit suspicious, loitering about. Not the shopping centre's fault. Don't know if there was security on site or not, I didn't see them. Some nice shops. A few places to get a snack and drink

20p to use the toilet. Thats not good. Plus, there's no change machine. The payment machine does not give change. If you've not got a 20p coin, you're stuffed either way. Only constellation is the car park is cheap
