Always a Great 'Outdorsy' store & I just love their Shoe Section. ESPECIALLY because of my fitting to be of a kids' size! It is like 20 dollars less than an adult size 🤭 ! - fantastic selection of shoes- in - KID size - that IS !

As a traditional Kids Day i had to stop by Academy to get some equipment for our day out at the park me and my kids we were able to find a nice soccer predator ball and some baseball bats I was able to find the sports were my kids needed. Thank you Academy for your business in the future my kid will be a pro boxer and it's nice to find his equipment here.

Great store, always find my sports wear needs.

They never have the most common shoe size in stock for almost anything. Very disorganized and it almost ruins your day walking in to not find what you're looking for. Very rare do I ever find what I'm looking and at that, the last one. Its Laredo, as if there are other actual sports and outdoors stores to even go to. I usually save this stuff for out of town trips where the competition and variety is way better

By far, this specific Academy store is my favorite one..... it's centrally located and it always is well stocked.... the store organization is well planned and accessible.

I use to buy a lot of my guns from academy the selection has really gone down hill not many style of firearms to choose from anymore.. starting to be more like Walmart olny shotguns n bolt action rifles ver few pistols

Love academy, they have a great selection of shoes, gym, and sports equipment. Mostly I go for the sales, always something to buy love this store

Cashiers need more training. However the service manager Gissela was very helpful, patient , knowledgeable, great mannerisms with overall outstanding customer service.

Victor in the firearms area was extremely helpful and approachable. He was informative and friendly. You need something, talk to him. I wish there were more people working in customer service like him.

Great variety of merchandise ... Some a bit expensive ... I bought a charcoal grill ... It was reasonably priced ... I have loved using it .. Feel that prices on Nike shoes and clothes have gone up too much ... Also had trouble finding $20 rain coat that I was looking for .. but finally found it ... Employees need to be more helpful ... Seem to ignore people too much

Staff was great, make Texas branded items. Sad they had only 4 watch models for sale and nothing under $200. Insane.

This is a great store. Prices are a bit high sometimes but they do have alot of great stuff for sports, hunting and fishing. Highly recommend.
