Lindsey is a great listener and an awesome Dr. It’s nice to be listened to. Not many Dr’s are like that anymore. She is really caring. Tabitha is awesome also. They really care about people and that’s what I like about the care at this office.

I started coming to Dr. Wael Jamaleddine's when I was 25 years old. Even though I was young, I had concerns about issues that other doctors might believe are only present in older populations. Things like bad knees and hair loss. Dr. Wael Jamaleddine and his team always took my issues seriously regardless of my age. I am beyond grateful for the staff in this establishment, and even when I see new faces, they still carry the care that I have come to appreciate at Family First.

By far the most caring doctor I know. He has treated my husband for over 20 years, and he suffers from brain disorder. He is so good to him and me, with all that we have going on in our lives. Him and his Office Staff always make us feel like family. They are a caring staff.

When in general care, ok, but when it comes to prescriptions. It's time to change primary care. It's been a week that I've been trying to receive pain meds. I called the clinic from the pharmacy to let them know that they require additional info. and the pharmacy sent them the request. Went back to the pharmacy, nope, the clinic resent the same info as before, wow. I had to personally place the pharmacist on speaker phone to provide the instructions to the clinic. But wait, its not over yet. A few days later, at the pharmacy I was informed the insurance company requires a few questions to be answered and I was informed that this clinic was sent the message. I even called the insurance company to verify what I was informed. It all matches up. Well, I called the pharmacy, today. They are still waiting for the clinic to complete their part. How nice, the clinic closes early on Fridays and still without my pain med. In case, wondering why wait a few days to go to pharmacy, extremely busy schedule & not once has prescription issue been resolved in the same day. Ridiculous.

Some of the lady’s in the front desk are nice while others are rude and cut you off about a past due balance. Lindsey the nurse practitioner is very nice but hardly ever see the actual doctor. Would recommend for blood work but nothing else.

They are the best. They care about you more than your money or insurance. Dr Jamaledine really professional and knowledgeable

My whole family comes to this practice. They’ve saved my life multiple times. These are ppl that truly care. Plus, the office is nice and clean. They stay true to appointment times too.

I recently moved an switched doctors… I met with the the doctor… and things seemed ok. However after that instead meeting with Dr. I met with a nurse that was obviously on some type of drug… she literally repeated herself 8 times in 2 minutes… then Prescribed me something for sleeping that made me very sick for 2 days. I also gave blood and urine sample and they lost both and tried to blame it on me. The service is ZERO/IGNORANT/non existent/pathetic I called several times because they failed to call in my prescription and when someone did answer they hung up right away. Then the dr. Was supposed to call me never did. I filed formal complaints as well as contacted the authorities for having medical staff drugged out and prescribing things that almost killed me… DO NOT GO I AM ATTEMPTING TO HAVE THEM SHUT DOWN. I’ve already talked to an attorney and filed grievances with the authorities and my attorney will be serving them soon.

Dr Lacen in particular is absolutely fabulous. I went to a former practice in Celebration health and my medicines are going over for a decade now and no one ever went over them to see if we could improve my health until Dr Lacen. Even the staff wonderful, Betty and Toria. Fabulous, I will go nowhere else.
