It's always a pleasant experience to shop at this Ulta store. I was looking for a specific product and Noemi was not only helpful but so knowledgeable because although I knew what I was looking for I really didn't know much of what color I was nor how to apply it properly. I just really wanted to say Thank you for making it a wonderful experience.

We took my 7 year old niece to get her hair cut. The staff treated her like a princess. They were great with her. I had my hair cut and added peek a boo purple highlights. My hair turned out great. Staff was awesome.

The staff watching and guarding the door today need to be fired. How pathetic instead of greeting and giving assistance, you all stand by the door! Why put product so close the the door. I came for mac since they’re one of the few stores that carry it and will never return and no person of color should.

This Ulta has the best, most helpful, staff of all of their other stores in the area. I went to the Brandon store the week before and talked to 3 different employees there, and none of them were very helpful. I walked into the Plant City store and a very helpful lady approached me right away. She was very knowledgeable about multiple brands and helped me exchange the products that I'd ended up with from the Brandon store. She was really so, so helpful and knew details about the different brands and products. I am very happy with my purchases and will make the trip to Plant City from Valrico, from now on, instead of going to Brandon.

I bought a new mascara two weeks ago from Ulta store ( Ulta Beauty, West Alexander Street, Plant City, Florida) I didn't check the mascara before buying as I never had any problems with this brand. I flew out of state for a friend's wedding when I decided to use mascara for my make-up I ran into a problem to opening the mascara. when I did open it, the mascara brush was broken. that's why I couldn't understand the difficulty in opening the mascara.I am disappointed 😞😞😞 . I spent money and I can't use it.

Love Victoria at the salon! She listened to exactly what I wanted and way surpassed my expectations. I haven’t gotten a good salon service in a while because it can be so hard to find someone who listens to what you need. Honestly, she made me feel the best I’ve felt since having my son and I’m so thankful! I’ll be coming back to her!
