The Ulta at the Tarpon Springs location had the urban decay lithium eyeshadow I was looking for, this eyeshadow has been sold out for quite some time. The moment I arrived at the store, I was greeted by the manager and the staff were so friendly… They were so accommodating and helped me with my beauty purchases. I highly recommend everyone shop at this location! Thanks! ☺️

I’ve been to 2 ultas in the Tampa Bay Area (this being one of them, just now 30 minutes ago) in the last month, I’ve come around 7pm both times due to a hectic schedule. All three times visiting both of these locations, we have been almost literally kicked out of the store with a terrible attitude, condescending answers, and a rudeness that is synonymous with a business entity that does not care about intimate relationships with their clientele. Staff is def the worst part of this company by FAR.

Tried to make a purchase but couldn’t find anyone to help me. My time is valuable also. Not a person to be found near the bare minerals counter the three girls up front were too busy chatting to pay me any mind. Very disappointed

Every single time I go in there...I walk right to my prestige skin care products that I need. And I get followed. By the same women! I worked at ulta for years. And I know exactly where my first aid beauty products are. SO I walk right to them. With out fail, the cashier always hurry to follow (or chase) me down. Maybe assuming I'm shop lifting because of the area this store is in and I know it's known to get shop lifters around Christmas time. But why can't a gal walk in with out getting harassed. This last time she chased me to the prestige skin care, there was actually someone in need. And I watched the other cashier try ro flag her down as she was "facing / organizing a shelf somewhere trying to snoop maybe" literally calling for help for minutes. It's funny, the cashier would of been there to help this other customer if she didn't chase me down to prestige skin care.

I recently had the pleasure of getting a haircut by Stella, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked into the salon, Stella greeted me with a warm and friendly smile, instantly putting me at ease. Stella's expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire haircut. Stella took the time to listen to my preferences and understand the look I wanted to achieve. Stella went above and beyond to ensure I felt pampered and relaxed, offering great conversation and valuable hair care tips along the way. The salon itself was clean, stylish, and well-maintained, contributing to the overall luxurious ambiance. The staff were professional and courteous, making me feel welcome and valued as a client. Hey Ulta Staff, it worked!! The staff here is always friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable! Dyed my hair ombre red for the first time and found out these work. Used punky color as the shampoo, then mixed Cleanditioner with my leave in conditioner, and my hair has never been redder. I've been shopping at this location for about 5 years.

Can't go wrong with Ulta ! Always has the best beauty products and the ladies that work there are so helpful. I have a hard time finding the right shade for my skin tone and their advice is remarkable. Alsooo, finally a place where I can find almost all the products from "The ordinary" this brand is the key to my skin care.

Got my hair washed and cut by Stella. She was funny and friendly, did a great job on the cut but most importantly, the wash was AMAZING. She adds in a head massage that is to die for! She earned a steady client today.

Brianna did a wonderful job on my hair. I walked in feeling awful with a terrible haircut from another salon and walked out feeling beautiful. Thank you so much Brianna!! I’ve found my new hairstylist 😊

This is our go-to makeup store. Between the coupons and points, nobody can beat the price. The employees at this location are super sweet and always willing to help when I come to them with questions. We always have a good time shopping here.

Nathan was a the best part of my experience at this location. He gave me his honest opinions and let me make my own decisions. I appreciate honest people and this location has the best employees imo.

Sooo helpful and knowledgeable. They not only carry expensive department store cosmetics but you regular drug store items too. Very easy to make returns.

Store did not have the advertised hairdryer my daughter wanted for Christmas. Staff looked around online at other Ulta stores and found a model at another location. Thank you for going the extra bit. Ran over to store with hairdryer and Merry Christmas.

I had my hair and makeup done by Stella. Not only did she do my hair and makeup great for a wedding I was going to, she made me laugh the whole time. Great at her job and an amazing personality.
