Apparently
I
should
have
read
the
reviews
1st.
Went
to
CVS
to
pick
up
scripts.
1st
time
they
told
me
my
Dr.
sent
script
to
mail
order.
I
call
my
Dr.
to
have
it
sent
to
CVS
and
they
inform
me
that
they
sent
it
to
the
pharmacy
NOT
mail
order.
Back
to
CVS
I
go.
This
time
they
tell
me
it's
on
HOLD.
I
ask
why?
She
has
to
go
to
ANOTHER
terminal
to
see
why.
She
comes
back
and
says
Out
of
Stock.
How
can
it
be
out
of
stock?
Especially
since
they've
had
the
script
for
3
weeks?
Attendant
says
they
have
a
backlog
of
scripts
waiting
ahead
of
mine.
After
3
weeks?
So
I
tell
them
to
transfer
scripts
to
Publix
to
which
I
am
told
they
can't.
Ok.
I
call
my
Dr.
and
she
sends
it
to
Publix
and
I
pick
my
medications
same
day.
Clearly
this
pharmacy
is
severely
mismanaged.
From
wasting
my
time
tracking
down
prescriptions
they
were
already
in
possession
of,
to
failing
to
fill
prescription
or
notifying
customer
of
aleged
delays,
unpleasant
staff
and
excuses.
CVS
no
one
is
buying
the
supply
chain
excuse
anymore.
You
need
to
find
solutions
not
excuses.
