Awful experience at this office, truly the pinnacle of everything that is wrong with American medicine. The doctor (Klavans) did not address my concerns and ended up giving me a 1-month free supply of a medication that loosely related to my problem. I felt like I was in a drug dealer's office. They mentioned that they were going to run some tests and I was billed $1400 with insurance. I called to ask about the bill, and after spending hours on the phone, I was told that there was a mistake and that the balance was $0 now. So if I had paid it you just would have taken my money? 0 accountability. Then I get a bill 2 weeks after that bill is resolved for procedures that I did not receive. So the process starts over again. Shady billing, awful customer service, hard to get through to them on the phone, and I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. They are here to make money, not take care of you. I wasn't going to leave this review but it might help someone else out.

Dr. Mohd and his team care very little about the patient in my experience. They don't ask questions and it's just a numbers game. How much volume of clients can I get for the money. They did my vascectomy and it wasn't ideal. There has also been no follow-up and when I did try to schedule another appointment for an emergency related to the procedure they couldn't get me in for over 3 weeks and weren't willing to have another doctor help. AVOID THIS OFFICE AT ALL COSTS! There is a reason their average review is 3.2 stars out of 57 patients. That means that 50% of their patients are having experiences similar in degree to mine.

Worst experience, called for a quote for self pay. Was quoted 3 times and showed for visit. Paid cash was told this is it. Did a visit with the doctor who spent 5 minutes at best and said oh come back in a month. No tests done other than the urinalysis and bladder screen that was quoted. Few weeks later they send a new bill saying insurance declined payment and they are charing more. For what I ask, they said for the visit and test that was included since insurance denied. Told again it was cash pay and they said they will just send me to claims. This is fraud by a doctors office and people wonder why our health care is so bad. Mary is the person to call in the office for an explanation of how bad their service is. BBB is also looking into them now as others have also complained of the same issue

Terrible experience, find another doctor! I was referred after test results at my primary doctor, this was a waste of my time and money. They took a urinary sample and never ran the test they were supposed to!!! They ran the same exact test my primary did and when I called to say I never heard anything they told me that the sample was never sent to the lab for the correct test. This was weeks after my appointment and if I hadn't called I would have never heard back. They wanted to send me to a different location for "convenience" and of course charge my insurance again. No way. Avoid this place, terrible experience and never got the tests that I was sent there to get.

Being busy is not an excuse! Extremely rude receptionists. Unpleasant while scheduling the appointment and barked at me as soon as I walked up to the desk when I arrived. No smile. No hello. No how are you. Nothing but a cold shoulder. The layout is literally like the DMV. They have 40 + people sitting in folding chairs facing the wall or staring at other people waiting in line - all there to see the same doctor at the same time. No wonder people feel rushed here. I'm surprised they called names instead of ticket numbers! Not a single care for your actual well being. They're just there to count bodies and collect insurance. I felt extremely uncomfortable, unwelcomed, and left in tears. Please teach your staff that everyone walking through your facility is a human being and a majority of the time they are experiencing health issues or feeling unwell. They're coming there to feel better, not worse! It is so incredibly important that you treat every single person walking through that door with kindness, no matter how your day is going. Busy or not. First impressions matter. I was skeptical from the reviews, nervous from my phone call, and confident in my decision to leave when I got there. Three strikes in my book. Do better!

Truthfully, I thought the nurses, check-in, and check-out people were all amazing. No complaints there. I didn't care for the doctor I saw; I felt like I was being rushed through the whole visit. My main issue was incorrect information. I was told they were sending my lab work out for a "few" tests. A few ended up being 15 different tests going towards my deductible. When I tried to see if I could get a discount on my bill because 15 is not a "few" - their response was basically, "Oh well, your insurance applied all charges to the deductible."

Dr. Truesdale and his staff are fantastic. The staff remembers my name and if my husband isn't with me they always ask how he is doing. Dr. Truesdale did a prostatectomy on me the first of the year and I was to say the recovery was remarkable. The side affects were very minimal and have been overcome at this time. I tell people about my experience and they are amazed at my recovery. I have owe it all to Dr. Truesdale for the can we free life I have today. I have recommended him to several friends I have talked to and they are just as satisfied with him as I am.

The PA that I saw was rude, VERY cocky and not helpful! She was rushed and could have cared less to help me. She read my chart, asked no questions and said your pain that you have is not from stones. In yet every other test result i had is clear!!!! She had no suggestions and told me that "the stones aren't that big" and that they don't cause pain.... !!!Size of stone does not constitute level of pain!!!! Also, she lied to me and told me she would calling my anti nauseous medication and did not! Patient abandonment!! Don't waste your time at this office!
