This was my first time with this place and was pleasantly surprised! The staff was friendly and helpful and the Doctor was thorough! The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star was I wasn’t seen until 25 minutes after my appointment time. Anyway I do recommend this place and e we I’ll definitely return!

Clinic was super busy on a Saturday, but the staff were friendly very helpful. The doctor was informative. I plan on going back to the same clinic for my renewal. Five stars 🤩

All I can say is you need to see Dr Hardin . He will give you great advise on ways to make your product last long and get more effect from your meds. I have never met a Dr who cares as much as he does about you. Ashley at the front desk is a HOOT. She is so funny, staff is wonderful to deal with , they make is so easy. Why would I even think about trying some where else. I wont. God bless this business.

I've been here 3 times so far & have recommended them to numerous family members and friends. They are the cheapest I shopped around for to get my card. The staff are VERY helpful & nice. The doctors are very professional and treat you with respect & kindness & are very helpful in teaching you what will help your specific ailments the best. I will continue to go there as long as they're open... Please don't ever close lol they have added new doctors to the staff & even opened a new location. Great job! THUMBS UP 👍☺️

I have been a cardholder for years and I just transferred to Marijuana Doc on this renewal. Best experience yet. Very nice folks, my exception approval was same day and all at a reasonable price. Very happy camper!

May be high rated! Front desk employees Really REALLY bad customer Service! Don’t schedule appointments online and pay ahead of time fill out all your paperwork done to be treated like a walk in! UNLESS you schedule 10 people for the same appointment hour! BADLY RUN!! Dr. Edward would kick the 23 year old with no customer service skills to the curb!

I am so excited that there’s an office in Seminole now! I had a great experience at the new location, Michelle and Dr. Carvallo are so kind and very personable! It felt like I have known them for forever! Highly recommend

They advertise "walk-ins always welcome" on their website. I work during the week during normal business hours and was happy to see they're open on Saturdays AND take walk-ins. Upon arrival I was immediate turned away and was told that 3 other people were also turned away prior to me and I would need to call for an appointment. Why advertise something if you're unable to follow through? Very disappointed.

The staff was very helpful. Didn't have to wait long after making a appointment. Dr. Was very nice and explained everything I needed to know.

Very thorough. Tons of information. Doctor educated me more about solutions and options than any prior office. All of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. 5 Star experience all around.
